I’m so happy that I stayed in this hotel apartment. I arrived 30 Nov. at 4 am and I booked this hotel Dec. 1 I called them if I can drop my luggage because I have a baby with me it’s hassle if I need to bring all. The staff I was talking it was Rajid? The Indian he said it’s ok no problem he understand my situation. When I arrived the location i open everything and they even help me 😂So there I drop my baggage 1 day ahead of my booking them. I requested some things and they attend to it so fast. I definitely recommend this place. Walking distance metro Sharaf Dg. 🥰 Keep it up affordable and the staff are friendly.

When I check in at 4 pm, the room was still not ready to enter and we need to wait for 10 minutes. And the next day, another staff ask me to pay the tax even though I paid yesterday. They don't communicate each other and I am sure they have to share the information. The morning breakfast is not bad not good. But I was disappointed the quality. About the room, it was so big that we can stay comfortably:) And the bedding and the quality of room condition was good. I liked it.
