This is the worst hotel I've stayed in on this trip👎🏿no doubt about it! Firstly, we arrived at the entrance of the hotel park at around 9 p.m. and were stopped by the security guard and were required to show a QR code before being allowed in. The hotel did not send us any information after we made the reservation, and did not remind us that a QR code was required to enter the park when we made the reservation. I contacted the hotel and told them the email address, but she didn’t understand! ! ! We asked her to come out to pick us up, but she refused to come out. We waited for an hour at the park entrance. Finally, with the help of Ctrip customer service, we were able to check in. After checking in, the room card I was given the first time could not be swiped, so I had to go downstairs and apply again. Finally, regarding the environment of the hotel, I thought that with such strict security, the hotel should be at least worthy of the price of 2,000 yuan. However, after entering the room, it was pitifully small, just like home in China, and there were no toothbrushes, towels or slippers! In short, avoid this hotel! ! !
