Just been on a Burn's night special with David Ogden's coaches. The place was clean, the staff were brilliant and the entertainment on "Burn's night" was fantastic. The breakfast was OK but the evening meals were excellent. Our room was a bit cold ,so l rang reception and an additional heater was provided within five minutes. We will definitely be back.

the room was outdated the foosty smell and coldness this is where we ended up after leaving the buchanan arms hotel as this was also very dirty when calling down to reception as there was a fight which broke out in the next room there was no answer only good thing about this hotel was the evening meal breakfast was cold

Amazing staff, so friendly and very helpful, the food was incredible too!! Lovely room, modern and very clean, couldn’t fault it - will definitely be back! An extra special thank you to the facilities manager (hope we got the title right) for helping us after a disaster at other hotel, saved the night for us and we had the best time!! Thanks again :)

Great hotel.our third time visiting and definitely be back.staff are always friendly and the service is excellent from the receptionist to the bar staff and the waiting staff. Comfy bar area and the rooms were excellent. The area is also very nice

This hotel is a must .the food is fresh excellent .staff are second to none. Rooms fresh in undated comfy clean. I am a coach driver we usually get treated like dirt. This hotel has Never let me down they look after me .this reflects on my work and also my feedback to my passengers holiday.thankyou so so much winnick xx neil ogdens travel

Had a great stay with friends at this hotel. We came as part of a coach tour package and the hotel could not do enough for us. The lovely team were fantastic especially Morrin she was so cheerful and always smiling. Thank you for the finishing touches including santa and snow the made the stay even nicer from Lisa Kate Gill Cheryl and Jeanette from Liverpool

An other great stay at this amazing hotel. Great place to explore Drymen and loc lomond. Room are amazing and spotless. Shout out to Hannah am Chris and team they all work so hard to make it special for everyone Breakfast was lovely. See you all soon
