Our bathroom had not been swept (it looked like they started cleaning and never finished). We notified the front desk as we left for dinner, and they apologized and offered us a free beer for the trouble. I assumed that meant they would also take care of it, but when we returned later that night the condition had not changed. I mentioned it at checkout the next morning and the manager was very apologetic and offered a discount on the room. While I appreciate the friendliness and kind gestures, it would have been nice to have it taken care of the first time. Otherwise, the room and rest of the hotel seemed clean.
