Only advantages and positive experience! Hotel staff is really friendly and ready to help and support. The teapot and slippers were provided from the first call. I have a gluten-free diet, and for breakfast they baked a fresh gluten-free bread for me - it was absolutely amazing. We stayed with a family and booked two rooms. The hotel kindly provided us neighbour rooms as we desired. Thank you so much 😊!

Hotel service and environment are very good, check in is very smooth, the front desk staff is polite and humorous. The room is fully equipped, the curtains are very good for shade, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are additional disinfection and epidemic prevention measures during the epidemic. Lovely hotel. Great staff. Check-in and checkout perfect. Rooms clean, good size, wifi perfect, very comfortable all round. Great feature is the convenience store in the lobby with a variety of snacks, wine, beer, etc. Excellent location at the edge of the historic centre. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
