Our exclusive top floor apartment (approx. 40sqm) is a perfect place for two people to stay on the weekend or for a longer trip to Dresden. The apartment is located near to the Elbe River in the quiet neighbourhood of Laubegast. It has floor heating throughout the apartment and blackout curtains on all windows. The brand new kitchen offers a great place to sit and eat as well as many other amenities: dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Tableware, glasses, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are available as well. Comfortable chairs, a coffee table, and a Queen-sized bed (160cm) with included linens invite you to relax in the apartment. For entertainment we offer a flat-screen HDTV with satellite TV and a stereo with CD/MP3 player with an iPod dock and digital radio. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers to accomodate your wardrobe.Coffee & tea and a glass of champagne for our guests are included. Breakfast service is available upon request by the landlord. It's a bit far from the station. About 15 minutes on foot?? But most of the places worth visiting in Dresden are near the accommodation, so I think the location is really good. And there's a McDonald's and KFC downstairs, so it's good for eating. It's a bit far from the supermarket.

Very nice hotel close to all the attractions with a tram stop nearby and many shops and restaurants close to the Frauenkirche, Green Room etc. Clean hotel with friendly staff. I didn’t try the breakfast. Recommended.

Satisfactory hotel, impeccable location, it can be said that it is in the center of the scenic spot, going out is a pleasing scenery, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel building and the style of the city are integrated. It should be a place with history and stories, but the experience of war must be reconstruction. The hotel has a certain scale. Although the floor is not high, it looks like a certain area. The bar shop gym is fully equipped and the lobby is not small. Breakfast is quite rich. The room I booked was cheap, so there was no view, but the room was quite big, the bed was big, very soft, the pillow was a bit thin and soft. The room also has a refrigerator coffee machine and slippers, which is really good. The price is not done, the price is super good, it is very recommended.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean room with coffee machine and kettle. Luxurious bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to all the sights of Dresden. Walking distance to the train station is 15-20 along a safe route (I walked alone and at night with a noisy suitcase), but you can also take the tram. If I come to Dresden again - only to NH!

The hotel is very well located, in the main area of the city, close to several tourist attractions and public transportation. The train station is a few minutes' walk away, about 15 to 20 minutes. The reception is on the second floor and the service is quick. The room is small, lacking decoration and extremely basic. There is no refrigerator or minibar, no amenities, no hairdryer and the bedding is simple. The room is quiet, but tiny. The TV only has German channels, with no option to change the language to English. It is not a smart TV. Everything is old, but considering the prices of other hotels in the city it is a good option. I recommend it for 1 or 2 nights only.
