Hotels in Neustadt, Dresden

A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, helpful, the reception is staffed at all times. The breakfast was very, very good, and the staff here were also very attentive, friendly, considerate. The location is perfect, beautiful for long walks along the Elbe. The center and the old town are easy to reach on foot. The cleanliness of our room was very good. We thank you for a wonderful short vacation, which we were able to make even more perfect thanks to the bikes you borrowed. We'd love to come back :)

The interval of the room is very strange, the corridor is very long, the original large room is cut very small, it is not convenient to put things and take things, the design of the lattice sacrifices the degree of practicality

We added the fee to get the suite, because we were very satisfied with the value. You can walk along the Elbe River to the old town and walk for 25 minutes. Everyone remembers to walk by the river, it's so beautiful.

We found the location ideal for exploring the city. All amenities (tram, train station, shops, restaurants in the city center or Neustadt) are within walking distance. The hotel is located on a major main road, where many emergency vehicles also pass. The train tracks are across the street. We didn't find the traffic noise particularly disturbing. The room was clean, but there was some dust. At first, we thought the interim cleaning, which only took place on the second day after arrival, would be sufficient, but we recommend requesting daily room cleaning (at no extra charge). The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the amenities at all. The Wi-Fi is fast, but the connection is unstable. The TV must be turned on for the Wi-Fi to work. We don't think this is sustainable, and the bright screen bothered us. Every time the TV is turned on, a new Wi-Fi password is generated, and you lose the connection again. We don't understand the room layout. The safe is very small, and there are no practical shelves for suitcases and bags, nor a closet/coat rack that doesn't hang in the middle of the room. We also missed a shelf and hooks in the bathroom. On top of that, the entire bathroom floods after showering. In the public areas, we were particularly disappointed by the quality of the materials used. It looks chic today, but will it be in two or three years? We think it's a shame that a hotel wants to present itself as sustainable but then implements it only mediocrely.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Kurzer Fußweg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in 12 min in der Altstadt. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: es gibt keine Schränke in den Hotelzimmern. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr vielfältig.

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. From the next day, I checked the bus schedule and moved according to the time, but it was a bit inconvenient to take the bus to the main tourist attractions and then transfer to the tram in the middle. You can take tram No. 3 near the hotel to go to the main tourist attractions without transferring, but it takes about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, and it was burdensome to walk back to the hotel in the dark at night. It was a small hotel, but it was clean and everyone was friendly.

We were there for the Luisenfest and thought it was great. Everything in the room was clean and very hygienic. Of course it's a house from 1884, which means that not everything can or should be perfectly renovated (broken). But that's what makes it so special. Great people work there! Breakfast is everything you need without any unnecessary things and only costs €8.50. You can have breakfast inside or outside, which I particularly love. WiFi was so-so, but there were a lot of people logged on. From the balcony I had a full view of the festival.

The location is good, the environment is good, the hotel's service attitude is also great, the surrounding is very quiet, but very convenient, very close to the subway, it is recommended, balabalabala
