Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden was truly an unmatched luxury experience. The hotel, with its newly renovated palatial design, beautifully blends classic grandeur with modern touches. The pastel theme throughout the property evokes a vibe reminiscent of the Grand Budapest Hotel. The room was superbly comfortable, the best bed I’ve ever experienced, complete with two duvets for extra coziness. The oversize marble bathroom and separated toilet, stocked by Salvatore Ferragamo amenities! The hotel also boasts a heated indoor pool and sauna, but gym was minuscule though. The staff were attentive and ensured every aspect of my stay was impeccable, from reception, lady in red, and room service. 11 out of 10!!

When we arrived, parked outside the hotel was a Lamborghini, a Bentley and a Porsche 911 - inside followed suit. We had an amazing room. Hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town. Minimal corridor noise, no outside noise, muffled room to room noise. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body, lotion, comb, loofah pad, shaving kit, dental set, hygiene, set, Emery board, shower cap, plush towels.. No tub. Dual sinks but limited counter space Hairdryer. No iron or ironing board but you can call for one. In room recycle bin. Room safe. Sewing kit, shoe, polish glove, lint roller Umbrellas in lobby. Suites with separate toilet compartment with 3rd sink. Mini fridge, coffee maker.

Excellent service, perfect location, beautiful rooms! The hotel is newly renovated and the choice of colors and the furnishings is very appealing. It's also located right where you want to be. The staff is very professional and motivated. They really take customer care seriously.

The hotel location is perfect. I stayed in a suite but it is smaller than I expected from the pictures in the website. The toilet/WC is separate and far away from the shower/bathtub area. The floor is mostly wooden/ parquet and small carpeted areas below bed and below sofa/chairs in the living room. There is cooling system BUT NOT COLD AS AIR CONDITIONER. They offered to bring a fan if needed. Overall, I like the hotel especially with his location and hotel design but I will visit in cold months.

Hotel is newly renovated, beautiful interior of the rooms. Pool and Spa are also great. Parking is possible for 25€/day. Breakfasts are also in very nice quality. Unfortunatelly during Xmas dinner in hotel restaurants were fully booked, cafeteria Amalia is not very good for lunch or anything else that coffe/tea (There is older gentleman-waiter, who is really rude).

Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful and attentive staff. Despite being smack in the middle of all the touristy things, I thought my room was so quiet and felt secluded from the hustle/bustle from outside. I had a couple of billing issues that the staff was quick to resolve and work with me on. For all US Military/Civilians - they accepted my VAT with no issues! The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options for whatever you were feeling. The coffee was delicious and served in a full cup for those of us used to mugs! Loved every minute of my stay and didn't want to leave!
