The house is one of the oldest houses on the Loschwitz Elbe hillside and was originally built in 1848 as a winegrower's house. In the meantime there was the famous Dresden painter Ludwig Richter as summery studio. (The studio even still exists). Until 1945 it remained the summer home for wealthy Loschwitzer, after that it was as a studio - used and exhibition hall of the Dresden artist Metz Kolbe. After the turn was converted into a residential building.
Recreation and Experience: The apartment is very quiet and offers great comfort. In winter, cozy, cool in summer and always fresh mountain air above the city. The small covered terrace and the garden invite you to linger and relax. With public transport but also by car or bicycle, guests will quickly and easily reach the Schillerplatz (5-10 min), the Dresden city center (15-20 min) or the Dresden region. Walks on the banks of the Elbe, to Körnerplatz or in the adjacent forest areas provide good relaxation.
Family friendly - but really!: The apartment is on the ground floor and offers spacious accommodation for 2 to 5 (6) persons. Two separate bedrooms, separate bathroom, storage areas and a spacious living room provide the ideal prerequisite for a relaxing time. All surfaces are well abwischar, all textile furniture (sofa, etc) have washable covers. Electronics or dangerous things are out of micro-child coverage. If required we can provide a children's library, Duplo collection of stones or Disney movies available. A playground like a real forest are within walking distance. Fürchterlich Wir waren mit 5 Personen in dieser Ferienwohnung So was von lieblos dreckig und herunter gekommen unglaublich Nicht annähernd so wie auf den Bildern Zudem kam der Eigentümer als ich allein war einfach in die Wohnung ohne zu klopfenWar sehr überrascht das ich da war stammelte ich wollte was fragen aber das hätte er jetzt vergessen komm später nochmal Was er dann aber nicht gemacht hatSehr eigenartig Zudem wurden3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder ausgeschriebenUnten ein paar Bilder auf wunsch senden wir gern noch ein paar ekel Bilder Dazu sagte der Eigentümer das 3 Schlafzimmer wäre das Wohnzimmer nun denn

" Altes Haus"
Generell finde ich alte /historische Häuser schön, allerdings sollten sie in einem gepflegten und ordentlichen Zustand sein, ebenso das Gelände um das Ferienobjekt, dem war leider nicht so.Der Stadtteil Loschwitz ist sehr reizvoll und zum Zentrum von Dresden ist es keine große Entfernung.

Reise
Positiv:Die Lage war gut, vieles war mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wandern und Radfahren im Elbsandsteingebirge war wie immer traumhaft. Wohnung war geräumig und warm.Negativ:Die Spülmaschine war von den Gästen vor uns bis oben hin voll gestellt. Kaffeekanne war dreckig, Kleiderschrank in dem einem Schlafzimmer war kaum nutzbar, da er voll mit anderen Dingen, wie Süßigkeitenreste und Verpackungen und Decken war. Einlegeböden fehlten. Der Boden des Schrankes war kaputt und die untere Schublade konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Unser Sohn konnte ein Fach in seinem Schlafzimmer nutzen. Die anderen Bereiche seines Schrankes waren voll geräumt. Küchenutensilien waren rar. Backblech, Pfannenwender, Schere, Küchenmesser für Obst und Gemüse fehlten. Wir buchten für vier Personen. Handtücher hatten wir nur für zwei Personen. Da wir nur zu dritt anreisten und auch eigene Handtücher dabei hatten, kamen wir damit aus. Die Couch wies Flecken auf.Vermieter lernten wir nicht kennen, daher wäre eine Infomappe für Gäste hilfreich gewesen (Müllentsorgung etc.). Die Dusche ist im renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, wie auch andere Bereiche der Wohnung. Schimmel war erkennbar. Zahnputzbecher wurde nicht gereinigt. Zusammenfassend stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass Gastfreundlichkeit nicht wichtig ist.

Weihnachtsmarktbesuch
Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von der wirklich netten Unterkunft.Jaa…das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen …aber ausreichend…auch für 4….! Und ja…man hört die Nachbarn die oben wohnen..aber da wir eh viel unterwegs waren hat auch das nicht gestört.Die Lage ist top…nahe der Schwebebahn und Bushaltestelle,schön eingerichtet…gemütlich und ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.Wir würden wieder kommen,da wir schon ganz andere Erfahrungen in Dresden gemacht haben! Danke

Nicht so schön . Ein solch unangenehmer Geruch , Schimmel , Muffig , ich bin Allergiker , dass war fadt unzumutbare . Staubig .

Etwas verbraucht
Hallo, ich habe mich mit der Bewertung schwer getan. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sind uns auch entgegen gekommen.
Nach den Bildern online haben wir eine gemütliche und trotzdem neuwertig wirkende Unterkunft erwartet. Leider wirkt die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw einfach etwas "verbraucht". Mir ist schon klar, dass beim weißen Sofa es schwer ist, das Sofa in der Vermietung sauber zu halten. Aber man könnte da ja schon mal was machen. Wir haben eine Decke drüber gelegt, da es nicht so appetitlich ausschaute. Auch haben wir so einige Spinnweben oder Schmutzecken entdeckt. Das Fach unter dem Backofen sollte im Idealfall verriegelt werden. :-/ Vielleicht, wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist, wäre es auch vollkommen ok. Wir haben jedenfalls nach den Fotos eine etwas mehr im Schuss gehaltene Unterkunft erwartet. Wenn man dort länger verweilt, denke ich, dass man auch mit den Eigentümern sicherlich auch da ins Gespräch kommen könnte, da sie sehr nett waren. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hatte es sich nicht gelohnt.
