Go to the old town to visit, go to the supermarket, the hotel is super convenient. The hotel parking lot is very expensive for 15 Euros a day. You can find a parking lot near the road. 6 Euros a day

We were in town for the Christmas markets which is one of Germany's best. Well, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than here. The hotel opens directly upon the central square which is where one of the markets is located. The other major market is just a few steps further across the street. Unfortunately, we weren't given a view room and our room really didn't have a view, but it was comfortable with all the amenities you might expect. We were traveling by car so a big plus was the underground public garage with direct elevator access to the hotel.

My hotel room was HUGE. This was a phenomenal surprise, especially given the location. The Hotel is around the corner from a ton of excellent restaurants, and only a short short walk from the city center were one can find beautiful outdoor terraces with wonderful views of the city. Once construction in the market in front of the hotel is finished, I'm sure there will also be another excellent view on the doorstep. I will happily stay here again next time I need to be in Dresden.

Pros: -Rooms are all quiet and ours overlooked a small park outside. -Nice cocktail bar and breakfast in lobby offered if you just want to relax. -Staff was very kind and attentive. Housekeeping was very pleasant and did a great job in the facility! -Short walk to central Dresden for a great price and newer hotel. Cons: -No laundromat in building or very close by so we ended up washing some clothing in our sink. -Breakfast is a bit pricey by German standards for this market. Would recommend going down the street a few blocks to grab some danishes, yogurt and fruit at the Rewe supermarket and enjoy in their small eating area instead.

10 minutes walk from Dresden Hauptbanhof and 15 minutes walk to Neumarktplatz. Big shopping mall next door and PragerStrasse has all kinds of shops and restaurants. All in all a great location. Our room was an unusual layout with a large foyer and even larger bedroom but with sp**** furniture. We liked it as we had plenty of room to spread out. All the staff we met were smiling and helpful.

Very nice atmosphere, very nice people at the reception. There is a lot of space in the rooms as well as in the corridors. Everything seemed to me clean and in a good condition. I really recommend this hostel - also as it is very nicely situated in the most interesting and vibrant part of Dresden. The online check-in option seemed to me a little bit buggy still but anyway it finally worked and might have saved some time at the reception. Be aware that if you pay at the reception you might need to pay in cash...

We stayed in this hotel twice during the last month. The first time we had a little suite on the top floor of the Bastei. This was fine, if a little bare. Checkin and breakfast were fine. The second time we found ourselves in the annex, the Konigstein. Check in at the Bastei was poor with 20 minute queue. The annex had a fast food stall across the front and entry is by room card. The lift was dirty when we arrived and smelled of vaping and did not work properly. The impression is of an unmanned operation. The room was on the 6th floor and was noisy during the evening, from the very busy street below. At breakfast we were instructed to sit at a table already occupied by another guest and the staff member was aggressive with us saying the nicer tables were all for groups. No sign of these by the time we left of course. Also over-zealous table clearing, go to the buffet for more and your cutlery and coffee are gone. So better check in, maybe safes in the better rooms, and some serious staff training about customer service, rather than bullying.

Hotel was clean and nice
It was nice that the lights were bright, unlike in a European hotel.
It was close to the downtown area so it was great for shopping.
The Christmas market and tourist attractions are a bit far, but you can walk there in about 20 minutes.
It was convenient because it was close to the train station.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is located across the street from the train station, but is incredibly quiet. The place is immaculate and the interior design is very well done. The hotel was remodeled in 2021 and it looks brand new. Staff was very attentive and fluent in English. The room was decent sized for a European hotel. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checking out so we could tour Dresden before taking a train out of town. It's one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in recent years

The hotel name ”premium” and the category ”4 stars” suggest a hotel in the high segment. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Although the rooms were in order and in the middle standard area. The TV was very small, there was no minibar, no refrigerator, only convenient furniture, room door even with keys. In the 4th and 5th floors were only smoking rooms. What an anachronism that something like this is still offered today! This is not a good sign of the modernity of a hotel, which has also been shown elsewhere. The hotel is very remote, free parking at the hotel is very few and is quickly located. It seems to be very popular in bus travel groups, but with a mass operation, the hotel is over-required in all areas. As regards the organisational processes, this hotel was a pure disaster: When checking in we had to be in the slate for more than half an hour, booked additional services were only issued on request. At breakfast time slots were given: you had to determine whether to be 07:30 - 08:30, 08:30 - 09: 30 or 09:30-10:30 wanted to have breakfast. Although we kept ourselves on the specified times, we had to stand in the slate again over 30 minutes until a table was free. All in all: This hotel rents rooms that are far above the capacity, The hotel is not a recommendation for us, we will not come back.

Bikes were stuck in the baggage room and were allowed to stay there even after check-out until afternoon
SPA area is OK, but access to the roof terrace is not possible, but visitors of the roof terrace room see and also enter the SPA area and enter

GGuest UserIt is a great hotel, the service is top. The Hotel Crew is friendly. Breakfast buffet is rich and fresh. The rooms are large and friendly furnished. The location is so that you can also reach the city walking distance and about 10 minutes. We could park our car in the deep garage for 12 nights , I think on the street with a parking ticket we would have come more expensive and it would not have been so safe.
We are satisfied and will come back in any case .

GGuest UserIt is far from the center. I was driving: I am not critical. There is no problem with parking: you can pay to park in the hotel, or you can park opposite or behind the hotel for free.
The hotel itself is shabby. A little old
The place is dirty: there is dust on the bedside table and the walls in the hallway are scarred. need to repair.
I like the bathtub: a complete bathtub (not a shower), underfloor heating-good.
There is a free bar in the room))))
I didn't bring breakfast, I can't appreciate it. The lobby bar is open until late and has a pool table. There is a small aquarium with cute reptiles in the lobby.

GGuest UserÜblicherweise sind die Courtyards immer ein wenig bäh. Ganz anders hier. Toll geführtes Haus. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das WLAN schnell und stabil, Fenster sind zum öffnen und das Leselicht am Bett ausreichend hell. Die Gym ist gut ausgerüstet und das Personal angenehm aufmerksam. Toll, liebe Sachsen. Finally, dass Frühstück ist vom Feinsten, ich komme sehr gern wieder. Bitte vorher dann die Haribomischung im executiv Bereich verstecken, ich kann nicht widerstehen ;)

GGuest UserWe were in Dresden on a weekend. The apartment was used to be of high quality, functional and completely sufficient for our needs. The only small criticisms were the unswitchable night table lamp (only pull on and out with switch), the lighter handbrows in the shower. However, it is important to highlight the availability of parking in the house, the cool Wire Pool, the rain-like shower and the again very efficient and well-thinking kitchen equipment. Thank you, we felt very well. A clear recommendation from us.

GGuest UserThe location is OK, there is a bus at the door. but! Due to the hotel staff's own mistakes, I repeatedly deducted my credit card when I had already paid the room rate by Trip.com. It took several days to operate the refund. The refund took about 2 weeks to arrive. The good mood was destroyed! The hotel has no statement. Here, I want to praise Trip.com's housekeepers. They have been helping me deal with this matter with their heart. Trip.com is very good. The hotel is very bad. Everyone choose carefully.

Convenient hotel for those traveling by car, parking is easy to find and with the tram you can reach the city center in 15 minutes (the stop is a stone's throw away). Our room was spacious and clean. There is a small minibar with free drinks and a TV with Italian channels. The common areas, however, appear a bit neglected. The reception is only open in the afternoon, the restaurant is always closed. Since it is not possible to have breakfast I would have appreciated a kettle in the room or a hot drinks dispenser.
