Thank you for choosing our Amedia Plaza Dresden hotel.

A much better location of a hotel is hardly imaginable. Whoever stands in historical old towns is right there, because he is in the middle, right in the center.
As regards the cleanliness and equipment of our room, there was nothing to defect, quite the opposite. All that you need is available. The breakfast booked is stored in the Italian restaurant next to it, but it does not stop all, since you have direct access from the hotel. The breakfast itself is very rich and for everyone certainly what it is.
We booked the hotel for a night after a concert visit, which went until 22:30. At this time, it seems impossible to have a free seat in the many existing gastronomic facilities around the old market, because everything is occupied. I would have liked to have a sack in the hotel, but it is unfortunately impossible. But whoever doesn't necessarily make it on it, I can only recommend this hotel. What is also something sporty is when you travel with your own vehicle, the park search. But also there you will be helped at the reception, there are recommendations for parks nearby, where free capacity is also checked in the front desk.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Very helpful staff at reception and concierge desk. Ample breakfast (though crowded during a holiday weekend). Large room with work space, TV, a sofa and armchair. Our room faced the street, and there was some noise, but it ended before we turned in. Location could not be better: easy walking distance to all of the Old Town attractions.

The breakfast variety is absolutely great. When you go out, you will see the famous cathedral. You can run along the river in the morning. It is also very convenient to walk to the pedestrian street, and walk to the train station for fifteen minutes.

We have checked in with friends and parents for 3 nights. I wrote by mouth months ago that I wish the suites are next to each other or nearby. Unfortunately, it didn't work, although we were already there at 13.30 clock, and the check at only 15 clock. You didn't show any interest in clarifying that. After we were able to get our suites , we were drawn attention by the young man to the fact that we have to pay immediately ( 3 pairs - 6 people ) . We had to indicate our credit card as a guarantee when booking and could not understand why we had to pay immediately. After paying, I went to the Felix Bar, which is part of it. I ordered drinks there. When I wanted to pay, I was asked if I wanted to write it to our suite. I answered that I had to pay everything so urgently at the arrival. I then paid the drinks in cash and I didn't go to this bar with our friends. To coffee .... I asked in advance by email whether we had the coffee capsules in the room. Then I was told that it has a lot of it available in all kinds. We had a xxl suite with 2 bedrooms to four and had tea capsules and only 2 coffee capsules in the room - a great breakfast 🙈 We then bought in the corner of the capsules in the rewe . The room was never controlled all day, waste was full, toilet paper was not enough, etc ... Very bad, the location is great, the facilities are OK, but the staff is untrained and totally unmotivated. Probably the staff of the bar, who then beside a little at the reception will enjoy.

Forgot to take pictures, but ibis is a unified decoration. Breakfast, the rooms are the same. Hotel location is super! Go to the old town to visit, go to the supermarket, the hotel is super convenient. The hotel parking lot is very expensive for 15 Euros a day. You can find a parking lot near the road. 6 Euros a day

When I came to Dresden, I chose to stay at Holiday Inn for the following reasons:
1) Service: As an IHG hotel, the service level is stable.
When checking in, the front desk will inform the customer of the current arrival of the hotel in advance, patiently ask the customer about the room requirements, and if the customer arrives early, the hotel will allow the customer to join the IHG membership to enjoy early check-in.
Every morning when I go to the restaurant to eat, I can see different waiters politely but not embarrassing to greet me;
When I meet the housekeeping in the corridor, I will also greet them politely.
2) Hygiene: Clean the room, change the bath towels, and refill new tea bags and coffee every day.
Shortly after the restaurant guests finished eating, the waiter cleaned the table cleanly, there were no bread crumbs on the floor, and the buffet table was also wiped clean without oil stains, soy sauce stains, and tea stains.
3) Facilities: The hotel is warm like spring, and there are heating and air conditioning in the room. The bathroom in the room is large, the shower water pressure is very comfortable, and the water temperature is also comfortable. It is really comfortable to take a hot bath after a day out~
4) Environment: The hotel is located on a small street outside the old town and is very quiet at night. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Zwinger Palace and 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady. There is a Sichuan restaurant less than 100 meters away from the hotel. It has a Chengdu flavor (numbing), which is delicious!

We were there from 08/19/2010 to 08/21/2020 and this great hotel was a pleasant surprise. This is a good location, right next to the doghouse, very friendly staff and convenient parking spaces. The furniture and first-class design of the room also convinced us so much that we visited other sights in the beautiful city of Dresden for three consecutive nights on August 24, 2020. We even like to come back from Lüneburg.

10 minutes walk from Dresden Hauptbanhof and 15 minutes walk to Neumarktplatz. Big shopping mall next door and PragerStrasse has all kinds of shops and restaurants. All in all a great location. Our room was an unusual layout with a large foyer and even larger bedroom but with sp**** furniture. We liked it as we had plenty of room to spread out. All the staff we met were smiling and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel twice during the last month. The first time we had a little suite on the top floor of the Bastei. This was fine, if a little bare. Checkin and breakfast were fine. The second time we found ourselves in the annex, the Konigstein. Check in at the Bastei was poor with 20 minute queue. The annex had a fast food stall across the front and entry is by room card. The lift was dirty when we arrived and smelled of vaping and did not work properly. The impression is of an unmanned operation. The room was on the 6th floor and was noisy during the evening, from the very busy street below. At breakfast we were instructed to sit at a table already occupied by another guest and the staff member was aggressive with us saying the nicer tables were all for groups. No sign of these by the time we left of course. Also over-zealous table clearing, go to the buffet for more and your cutlery and coffee are gone. So better check in, maybe safes in the better rooms, and some serious staff training about customer service, rather than bullying.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is located across the street from the train station, but is incredibly quiet. The place is immaculate and the interior design is very well done. The hotel was remodeled in 2021 and it looks brand new. Staff was very attentive and fluent in English. The room was decent sized for a European hotel. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checking out so we could tour Dresden before taking a train out of town. It's one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in recent years

Excellent
GGuest UserSuper location, directly at the women's church
we had received an upgrade although we had only paid a last minute price
Rooms super , large and luxurious
Bikes were stuck in the baggage room and were allowed to stay there even after check-out until afternoon
SPA area is OK, but access to the roof terrace is not possible, but visitors of the roof terrace room see and also enter the SPA area and enter
we have paid the price we have only paid a absolute highlight in Dresden
GGuest UserHotel was clean and nice
It was nice that the lights were bright, unlike in a European hotel.
It was close to the downtown area so it was great for shopping.
The Christmas market and tourist attractions are a bit far, but you can walk there in about 20 minutes.
It was convenient because it was close to the train station.
GGuest UserWhat a fabulous Hotel.Lovely friendly staff. We had 2 nights booked,Super comfortable beds, quiet, and the best buffet breakfast :)...Christmas Markets 3 tram stops on number 11 which stops right opposite hotel.or a 20/30min ish walk (right as you leave door).Nuestadt train station 5 min walk turn right outside station.....We had flight cancelled and had another two enjoyable nights there with identical room . A huge shout out to ANDREW from breakfast service, who did us an amazing pack up for our 5am start .Thank you so much it made our diverted flight so much more enjoyable.
GGuest UserIt is far from the center. I was driving: I am not critical. There is no problem with parking: you can pay to park in the hotel, or you can park opposite or behind the hotel for free.
The hotel itself is shabby. A little old
The place is dirty: there is dust on the bedside table and the walls in the hallway are scarred. need to repair.
I like the bathtub: a complete bathtub (not a shower), underfloor heating-good.
There is a free bar in the room))))
I didn't bring breakfast, I can't appreciate it. The lobby bar is open until late and has a pool table. There is a small aquarium with cute reptiles in the lobby.
For his worth of money-so beautiful! A little over thirty a night
GGuest Userdecent internet speed and wifi coverage. rather small room, but it (+ open access guest kitchen) had all you need. Glad thta this area not as tightly populated, so we could find free on-street parking 10m from entrance, instead of paying for parking to hotel.
GGuest UserWe were in Dresden on a weekend. The apartment was used to be of high quality, functional and completely sufficient for our needs. The only small criticisms were the unswitchable night table lamp (only pull on and out with switch), the lighter handbrows in the shower. However, it is important to highlight the availability of parking in the house, the cool Wire Pool, the rain-like shower and the again very efficient and well-thinking kitchen equipment. Thank you, we felt very well. A clear recommendation from us.
GGuest UserThe location is OK, there is a bus at the door. but! Due to the hotel staff's own mistakes, I repeatedly deducted my credit card when I had already paid the room rate by Trip.com. It took several days to operate the refund. The refund took about 2 weeks to arrive. The good mood was destroyed! The hotel has no statement. Here, I want to praise Trip.com's housekeepers. They have been helping me deal with this matter with their heart. Trip.com is very good. The hotel is very bad. Everyone choose carefully.
SSaukThe Hilton Hotel Dresden in Dresden, Germany is in a very good location, right next to the Frauenkirche. It is also very convenient to walk to other tourist attractions. The hotel room size is acceptable. The room is very clean. The two single beds are very comfortable and can help you sleep well so that you have enough for the next day. I continue to visit the scenic spots with energy. The restaurant is very beautiful for breakfast. There are many food choices. The service staff are very polite and smiling. You can also ask the waiter for an amla which is very delicious. You can store your luggage after leaving the hotel so that you can continue to visit various items easily. Attractions, I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity in the future.
