Family of four. Two small kids. This hotel had all the problems you fear. 1) TV didn’t work and wasn’t even plugged in, once plugged in it wouldn’t connect to the cable that was plugged in for Comcast. So the TV was dead for our whole stay. 2) The fridge was too cold, with no knob to turn it. My soda froze and then exploded in the fridge. 3) Breakfast (Covid) was supposed to be a microwave jimmy dean style sandwich, a muffin, a granola bar, and a juice. Our first morning they didn’t give us all the food. I was trying to check since they only gave us three bags and the staff was glaring at me for being skeptical, and then we were two sandwiches short. Are my kids not supposed to eat? 4) I know microwaves are not awesome at heating things well; but our microwave was particularly terrible. The frozen sandwiches (which we only got two of) would not heat through. Even when the cheese was boiling on one half, the patty was still frozen. 5) All the power cords were strewn between the table and cabinet and exposed, which makes for a fun playground for children. 6) Bathroom door was in disrepair. I don’t have photos of that, but it was chipping and peeling. 7) The staff was not particularly helpful. When While none of these problems warranted bringing it up to the front desk, they sure added up. Please pay a few dollars more and try somewhere else. We stay at choice hotels often, and we don’t expect the Hilton, but we do think things in the room should actually work. Beds were fine and normal, and the towels were fine. Enjoyed the full size vanity mirror and lights.

Seemed like a brand new hotel (or near enough) - my room was immaculate, spacious, good TV, shower pressure great and the bed one of the most comfortable I've seen. There's also a terrace out front with a grill which is a nice touch - and a small fitness centre. Great cleaning service & plenty of towels provided too. Only negative would be a) lack of bar/restaurant, and b) lack of breakfast options. Breakfast is included but the only hot options are powdered scrambled eggs, dry sausage patties, toaster for bagels/bread and a waffle maker. I'd like a few more warm breakfast item options, & a coffee machine would be nice. Also be aware that the location is just off the highway so not particularly picturesque (although if you look right out of reception, you do get a great view of the mountains so you could just focus on that I guess!).

Very dirty, smells badly and the free breakfast is junk. I am not the type of person who complains normally…but wanted to warn others. We checked in and charged $100.00 deposit before I left the desk. Now I am told it takes 4 days to refund. Okay… not a huge deal. However, a none smoking hotel, shouldn’t that also mean no *********, but the smell was all over. The carpets are so bad we never walked barefooted. The walls had stains and damage. No pool/hot tub. The bathroom was so gross we wore water shoes while bathing. Unfortunately, we were there for a softball tournament and all close hotels were full. The free breakfast is held in a small dark break room with very limited seating. The horrible coffee, powder creamer, cereal, yogurt and mini waffles (one maker) that’s it. Overall, minus the yelling in the parking lot, it was quite. The mini refrigerator was also dirty and the mini microwave was as well. The hairdryer was broke - plug was missing. Giving this place anything above a 1 would be a major stretch. The whole place, other than the lobby, needs a remodel.
