Very bad service Front desk, very expensive for the nothing amenities very loud music all night because there were two wedding parties in both buildings.
Also the breakfast was very poor for the price and for a 4star hotel.
We were three persons and the towels were for two persons and only two shampoo NOTHING MORE.

Good nice hotel, people are great and polite, but the structure would requests a refresh. Rooms are spacious and with balcony. WiFi can saltuarely interrupt. May I suggest to improve breakfast experience?

Do not visit this bad hotel; it’s not a 4 star hotel We stayed on this hotel 5 nights with my family. The good points: -There was no god things Really bad points: -Breakfast was horrible. It was served until 10;00am which is good but we got there at 9:30am and there was nothing left!!! There was 1 man working who was not friendly at all. He never refilled anything that was missing and when asked for Greek coffee was told it's Extra!!!!??? 4 star hotel in GREECE and Greek coffee is extra. - The gym was dirty and the machines was broken. - The entire hotel need a renovation. The pool area is in a bad condition (broken tiles and bad water quality in the pool). - Apparently this hotel Is a wedding hotel. There is no information about this on the internet. 3 out of 5 nights vi didn’t get some sleep before 2:30am. The management of this hotel I terrible.

If you are looking for a place to rest and have a quiet night than this is not the place. It is a wedding venue with loooooud music from 6pm-3am. We had a room in the first floor just accross the dj and disco lights, we asked for another room but they were full. My 2 year old was exausted for sleep and it was 2 am we had nowhere to go with a kid...a nightmare...and staf is rude, failing at basic communication skills.

I would definitely go back! A clear value for money choice! Friendly and helpful staff, satisfactory breakfast, possibility for late check out, comfortable parking, quiet and spacious rooms, free and fast internet in all areas of the hotel! What more could one ask for?

We were in Drama for the first time due to the wedding of our childhood friends and our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful, the room is very clean and the cleaning staff are very kind and impeccable in their work... In general, we were very satisfied with our stay. Our only negative comment concerns the organizer of the reception (the wedding reception was held at the hotel) who at 3 o'clock arbitrarily and without any such agreement with the couple asked for the music to be stopped while there were still guests at the reception. We hope and wish that his behavior will improve because it is a shame. We traveled from Patras for this wedding and I was 7 months pregnant. I emphasize and clarify that we were very satisfied with our stay and we highly recommend the hotel!!

The best hotel I've ever been to. It's a bit crowded in the taverna but despite that it's perfect. I've been there for 2 days but I would like to stay a little longer. Not to mention the perfect comfort it has with an armchair, a large bed and a small one.
