It’s great hotel for relax and ‘Me’ time. Nice view but only recommended for rental car travel. Nothing nearby.

Stayed for five nights here. Very nice resort whose real gem is its people. A special thanks to those who made our vacation so special! Dragan Dora Doroteja Anthony Patrick Niko Also a big thanks for the birthday cake made for me. A very nice surprise!

Pros: Stunning sea views and pools). Seems like a good family resort if you want an all-inclusive and you enjoy hanging out by the pool or on the beach. Breakfast and dinner spreads are good if you like buffets. Cons: Service is not great. Very functional, not friendly, or attentive. They’re there to set up or clean up rather than to help. My sense is the staff is unengaged and not very happy. Spotty maintenance like unlit hallways and carpets that need cleaning. Room is small, the bathroom is half the room and it's separated only by a curtain, pillows are lousy.

Generally, the staff are there more to clean up around you rather than to help. Many of them seem pretty unengaged and not very happy. Breakfast and dinner spreads are good if you like buffets.

Such a terrible terrible customer service experience!!!! Due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our vacation, and we informed the hotel that we wanted to cancel our 4-night reservation. We even offered to show proof of our changed flight and pay for 1-2 nights. However, the hotel was completely unsympathetic, insisting that we pay for all the nights we couldn’t stay and refusing to allow any cancellation. This is absolutely unacceptable. Worst customer experience ever!!

I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel although it grew on me during our stay. Firstly, the design of the room. It is weird to have a bathroom with no door, only a curtain separating the main bedroom. Who likes that? If you go to the bathroom in the night and wash your hands, you disturb the room. Secondly the rooms are slightly dated and our air conditioning worked badly, with a poor output. I did call them to fix this but it wasn’t working even after this properly. Buffet food is a bit strange. Breakfast is ok, dinner is odd. It’s also odd not to have a pasta option for the children at the buffet. Swimming pools and beach is nice. Reception and front of house seemed a bit overwhelmed. It isn’t a 5* hotel however. It is very much a 4*. Prices however are very high
