I mistakenly messed up my credit debit card and brought cash. Kia the GM worked tirelessly to check my family in (2 rooms). She was positive and super supportive and friendly. The entire crew here was friendly and helpful during the whole visit as well, even maintenance. What a winning team here. I will definitely use Hilton Inn again 🥰❤️❤️😀👍👍👍👍👍

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Kat greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel was clean and priced right for a one night stay. This was our second time at this hotel and have been pleased both times we stayed here.

The most disappointing experience with a Hilton facility ever. The hotel is dirty and does not provide any services. They use the 2 year old excuse of Covid to decline to offer room service and replace a couple of towels. There is a little sticker hidden in the corner of your room to tell you to expect no service. such a shame for a Hilton property! When we mentioned to the hotel team, no apologies and only excuses for not delivering anything for a $200 a night stay!!! There are other option around that area that offer a better service...

This hotel rocks! The front desk, the breakfast crew, and the workers that clean the rooms and fitness area. This hotel was amazing! I travel al the time and rank this Hampton Inn #1 in all my years of travel!

This is a very nice hotel for the cost. They had big bowls of fruit in the lobby all day and very friendly staff. It was very clean and the breakfast was better than most. The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. They also have a well equipped fitness room.

Stay at this location with wife and daughters as we were traveling home during the holidays. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were quick and efficient with getting us checked in and situated, and we even received some free bottles of water and some cookies (which helped with having tired and hungry kids). Our room was a king bed suite, which was very spacious for the four of us. Room was immaculately clean and very well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Room had the standard amenities as well as coach, desk, and refrigerator. Decent sized bathroom and a clean and spacious shower. In addition to the wonderful room, we were able to enjoy their swimming pool that evening, which wasn't large but decent sized. On the following morning, we enjoyed their breakfast selections. A wide assortment of different options, including scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal, crispy waffles, and various cereals, fruits, and juices.

We live in the country and are used to having a quiet night. We always ask for a room on the top floor, quiet side of the building and away from ice machine and elevator. Often, our requests are ignored. Not at this hotel. We already made another reservation for later this month and plan to ask for the same room again. The hotel is clean and attractive and very quiet.

We typically stay at Hamptons & we usually have a great experience but are very disappointed with the Menominee WI location. The boxspring on the king bed was completely broken on the left side & it was the most uncomfortable nights sleep we've ever had in a hotel. The shower also leaked all over the floor even tho the door was completely shut. When both issues were reported to the front desk there was no offer to discount the stay. I would not stay at this location in the future.

We stay at many Hampton Inns, and this one is by far the best. It is exceptionally clean and new. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. It was the best night of sleep I have gotten in a long time. The fitness center was excellent. We cannot wait to return!
