I love this hotel but they need white towels and to make sure all lights are working properly also the bidet never has hot water

Booked something super quick for a Chicago trip for the hubby and I.
Love this take with the hot tubs, in Kalamazoo we just have the hot tub gardens so it was nice to have time to just relax and watch tv together.
Getting into the tub was a little awkward, I wish there were steps built around the tub itself, but we made it work.

I didn’t stay here because there were too many reviews and pictures of them having bed bugs and roaches and they ate some rude people told me to contact ******* for my refund and now they keep hanging up and being rude to ******* I would never stay here even if it was for free

It was very cozy and relaxing. It’s perfect little getaway for couples that’s inexpensive. The bed was a little rough to sleep on but makes sense 😉 would come back

Nice, quiet stay, we had a 3 nite stay and it was a good relaxing getaway. A little run down, but overall still good. Will surely come back again.

It was a nice experience but the room wasn’t ready by the time we got there. Check in was at 5 but we got there around 6:30-7 and it was still being cleaned…for the room it was overpriced and didn’t get my full deposit back. The people were nice tho.

Great location and staff! Nice touch with rose petals on bed and floor. Jacuzzi and couples shower worked well! Full-size bed and pillows most likely had seen better days. Some hardware (door handles and doors) and cloths (towels, sheets, and washcloths) needed TLC and/or replacement. Overall good experience
