First room we were assigned to reeked of wet dog smell. Second room reeked of bleach. Third room was the charm. So beware this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies to animals, probably not a good choice for you. Staff was amazing, very pleasant, and helpful. We had to call maintenance to help with the TV 3 times. Each time, the young guy who helped was super kind and friendly. The bed needs a blanket that actually fit a king size bed. The blanket that had under the bed spread was actually a box spring sham cover. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?! Housekeeping was friendly each time we ran into them in the hallway. One of the two elevators were broke so waiting for only one elevator took some extra time. However, overall not a bad place to stay.

The service at this hotel is amazing!! They are very professional clean and courteous!! Due to the corona virus they couldn’t serve breakfast but they provided stop and go bags for all guest if they wanted one. This will be my go to hotel when i visit Dover DE from here on out!! The food choices are amazing around the area there is so much to choose from you’ll find yourself stuck trying to make up your mind!!
