O pequeno almoço é muito cedo, é até às 9h30. É um horário muito cedo para quem está de férias e deseja descansar. O check out é até as 10h. Muito cedo também. Não fomos avisados deste horário quando chegamos a meia noite e quando fomos perto das 10h tomar o pequeno almoço, deixaram comer, mas apenas o que ainda estava exposto.

Booked a room over July for when the Olympics are on (booked back in 2023) and they have just cancelled the reservation. Utterly appalling from management - no offer of an alternative and now we are totally stuck with no accommodation over this period. Unreliable

Very bad rooms outside the main hotel body not well lighted, not insulated, notvreached by wifi. Very hard beds and tv not working. By the contrary the staff is really gentle and customer oriented. The breakfast is good and having many options

Do not stay here! They will cancel your booking during the busiest time period. Now we have nowhere to stay. Our booking was cancelled with no reasonable explanation during the busiest time of the year. So disappointed - you have been warned!!

We've spent 2 beautiful days in le Domaine du Normont for a family reunion with lots of children. The place is great : lots of space, excellent food, and the staff was very kind with all of us. Some buildings outside need renovation (process ongoing as we understood) but still the rooms were confortable. Also the old town of Dourdan with the castle is really nice. We recommend !

How can I put it... Worthy of a hotel from the 50s or an Ephad perhaps... Second Belambra club this year, always the same conclusion: not worthy of a 3-star hotel also offered at 110 euros per night!! Bird droppings in the room Curtain with a cigarette hole Smell of mold in the bathroom Ceiling that is peeling at the reception.. Lights that don't work, sockets that don't work... Breakfast that leaves something to be desired. We felt very alone! I don't understand that Belambra still exists! A real disaster!

After being informed that the bungalows were no longer eligible for rental following customer complaints, we were fortunate to be allocated a dilapidated and gloomy room. Even a 1st class hotel has more prestige. After a quick tour of the spot where we were supposed to sleep, we finished. 140 bed and an unacceptable bathroom made us turn around. And the site is stamped 3 stars, even 2 is not acceptable

Good evening, We had dinner and slept last night, October 29, at the Domaine de Normont with 8 other hiking friends. We were very well received, the meal was perfectly fine except for the dessert, which was average because it was industrial. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and varied. In summary, if we return to Dourdan for a hike, we will happily sleep there again.
