Excelente opção em Dourados. Quarto e banheiro amplo, cama grande e confortável. A localização é muito boa, há estacionamento. Não consegui experimentar o café da manhã. O atendimento foi muito bom e a internet funcionou em boa velocidade. Acredito ser um dos melhores hotéis da cidade.

Diversos pontos negativos no quarto. escolhi o “Quarto Luxo com Cama de Casal ou 2 de Solteiro - Condições especiais 4”, sugerido pelo booking. A recepção é bem bonita, mas já no corredor do 3º andar somente a luz do princípio do corredor acende, o restante fica no absoluto escuro. Já no quarto, luminária na bancada sem lâmpada. Cabeceira da cama sem luminárias para leitura, muito comum em todos os hotéis, inclusive em hotéis bem mais acessíveis. A iluminação do quarto é fria e as duas luminárias acendem juntas, sem possibilidade de apagar separadamente. Na mobília há diversos furos aparentes. creio que seja da fixação dos móveis na parede. Piso do quarto soltando. Algumas tomadas no padrão brasileiro. Fio de antena da TV desatarraxado e pendurado ao lado da TV. Ar condicionado com aspecto sujo e desencaixado da parede. Já no banheiro, a porta está descascando, a iluminação é boa e independente, porém, o assento da louça sanitária estava quebrada, alguns acabamentos dos canos desencaixados, Box embaçado, piso da parte interna do Box sujo (lodo) nos cantos, mais uma tomada em padrão diverso do País. Suporte para toalhas instalado abaixo de 1,8m, exatamente na frente da porta do Box.

Tive que morrer pagando 700 reais em um quarto duplo para mim, minha esposa e meus filhos. Camas horríveis com as molas cansadas ninguém conseguiu dormir, roupa de cama velhas e desgastadas, nem mesmo meus filhos conseguiram dormir direito. Já foi um hotel muito bom mas o tempo tomou conta. Era melhor ter voltado pra casa dormir em casa do que pagar 700 reais em uma noite. Não recomendo o hotel para família.

Cuidadooo!! Não se hospede! Alugue uma barraca que é mais barato e você não será humilhado! As acomodações não são iguais ao do site, o Hotel é velho e muitoooo sujo, os funcionários são extremamente mal educados e o serviço de arrumadeira é horrível. Fiquei hospedada 6 dias neste hotel a arrumadeira não trocou minha roupa de cama nenhum dia, mas o pior de tudo foi a falta de respeito que sofri pela funcionária Néia que se diz gerente da recepção. Eu havia pedido um ifood já que o hotel não oferece nenhum tipo de lanche (nem para comprar das 10h às 17h). Quando a comida chegou liguei na recepção e pedi para alguém fazer a gentileza de trazer a comida na porta do meu quarto uma vez que estava sozinha, passando muito mal. A tal da Néia gritou comigo no telefone, falou que não iria trazer, que era para eu ir buscar logo senão ela ia dar meu lanche para a primeira pessoa que passasse e bateu o telefone na minha cara. Enfim, a educação de milhões né?! Minha experiencia neste hotel foi péssima, tudo que o hotel oferece é caro e ruim, principalmente o atendimento que é deplorável!! Não se hospedem de jeito nenhum! Lhe garanto que qualquer coisa é melhor do que este hotel! Vou ter que dar nota 1, porque não tem a opção nota de repúdio!

O hotel é lindo. As pessoas que trabalham lá são extremamente cordiais. Localização perfeita e um café da manhã bem completo. O menino que ajuda no café o José é muito educado e prestativo. Super recomendo

Boa opção para viagens a negócios na região. Quarto confortável, silencioso e bom café. Hotel é bem grande e o atendimento é bom. Garagem grande e um bom bar na recepção. Precisa melhorar o jogo de toalhas.

Estive hospedada hj nesse hotel as instalações em sao boas, mas após um dia cansativo em um evento passei a noite em claro pois há uma boate tipo "pancadão" em frente e a música parecia dentro do quarto...como estava com 2 crianças pequenas já dormindo no quarto solicitei a possibilidade de me oferecerem um quarto de solteiro do outro lado do prédio longe da rua e meu marido ficaria com as crianças...mas eles disseram que só poderiam mudar todos de quarto.....o hotel estava com poucos hóspedes então porque nós colocoue um quartoe frente da rua com a boate se há quartos mais silenciosos? Outra coisa o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando e nao ha nenhun canal infantil na tv...Não recomendo!
