The sanitation is very good, and there is Walmart just a few steps away, which is very convenient. The environment is beautiful, but the chirping of birds often starts at four or five o'clock. People who like it like it very much, but those who don't like it may find it too noisy.

Our stay in Lithia Springs was very nice, the staff was helpful and friendly at check in and check out. The rooms were larger than typical hotel rooms with comfortable beds. When the TV went out, the maintenance man was there immediately. The pool as well as the breakfast area is beautiful. And a shoutout to the breakfast lady, Ineesha (spelling?), thanks for your expertise in making “grits”, they were amazing!

The nicest hotel the closest to Six Flags Over Georgia. The staff is friendly. The place was mostly spotless. I didn’t notice the pint of ice cream in my fridge for 2 days, but there it was and it wasn’t mine. The condition didn’t get 5 stars because of very small things that plagued the place. Bulbs out in the elevator. The door had a gap in room 311. There was what looked like burn marks on the bathroom wall? Water had pooled (condensation?) on the heating / ac unit causing water damage on the blinds. There are nicks on the furniture that could easily be fixed with a wood marker. And why do all hotels insist on bright white bulbs in the rooms. The bathroom, ok, but the sleeping area? 2700k please.
