Great location across the road from Douglas beach. Apartments large and nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was very clean and tidy. Parking nearby was a bit of a challenge.

These apartments are right on the promenade front. We had lovely views out to sea and could watch the ferries and cruise liners moor up. To be honest a lick of paint would be good but the carpets looked new and the towels/sheets were white and fresh. We stayed ages ago but I mustn't have submitted this review, sorry! Thank you

beautiful two bedroom apartment. high ceilings and huge windows overlooking Douglas bay. kitchen was spacious and incredibly well supplied with cutlery, crockery and various cooking implements. staff on site and on the phone were warm friendly and couldn't do enough for us. we'll definitely be back!

Great apartment everything you need at hand, spacious , clean and tidy, fabulous view, added bonus for our stay car rally was on so we saw all the vintage cars passing by ,shops, bars and eateries so close by. Had a fantastic time here and on the island …Thankyou Isle of Man for your hospitality .

The decor was very dated with some of the bedroom furniture having signs of peeling and looked very old. There were stains on most of the carpets. The room I stayed in had cobwebs at high level. The heater in the main bedroom was rusty as were both towel rails in the en-suite and main bathroom. There was thick dust on top of the doorframes and the walls were quite dirty. The shower tray in the en-suite was dirty and the riser rail was Rusty. There was some sticky substance spilt down the front of the drawers in the bedroom which wasn’t very good. Fortunately we spent very little time in the apartment. Would I stay here again. Had it have been in better condition I would consider staying here again, but not until it’s had some serious updating.

This is our first time to the Isle Of Man 🇮🇲 We have absolutely fallen in love with the place and already looking to book to come back with our family. The Apartment we have been staying in is extremely clean and comfortable and round the corner from everything which is handy as we don’t drive. We will definitely be booking the same room again the joy of watching the sea and the boats in the morning and evening is something else. Thank you We will see you very soon From Julie and Andy

Appalling service. Terrible value. Make sure to read the fine print as they operate a combination of minimum stays and hidden per guest charges that is unusual. Ferries arrive late at night so options will be limited when you’re told the price is significantly higher. There are many places nearby where the quote you get on your hotels app is accurate.
