I agree miscommunication with staff. Others, have posted this also. One staff says this and another says that. Absolutely, not a hotel I would ever give a good rating. Like others say go to another hotel. I am glad I cancelled and went elsewhere and saved money. This hotel has to improve and I am a hiltons honors guest.

I booked rooms through guest reservations for two nights and when we arrived we did not have any rooms available and found out that our rooms had been given to another customer. I was able to get additional rooms at my own expense. After months of trying to recover booking costs from booking agent and motel I ended up having to accept the loss of my reservation fees of $1571.00 because we were listed as a no show. I would not recommend staying at this motel!!

Hotel was clean and fresh. Given its location I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be a great place to stay, but it really was as good as any other Hampton Inn I have stayed in any where else. Check-in went smoothly, but overall the staff was sort of disorganized. We asked for late checkout and then had two different staff members asking us if we were checking out. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel decorated nicely, like free popcorn, poor beds sore back, jacuzzi out of order, morning breakfast was sub par, my son ended up at McDonald's., luckily i was getting a discount for overnight stay at local hospital.

Quite hours were not enforced whatsoever. Called front desk multiple times to address the issue. Nothing was done about it. Guests were slamming doors all night long next door to us. Yelling and running around through the entire night. Asked why the hotel isn’t enforcing quite hours and I got zero response. Just a stupid look on their faces. Offered no compensation for the lack of professionalism on premises. Lack of hospitality and respectfulness.

We stayed at the Douglas Hampton Inn for my sons graduation. The hotel was clean, the staff there was not only friendly and helpful, but they anticipated things we would need and consistently asked what they could do for us. I am not sure I have stayed anywhere except Mexico with better customer service.

My daughter and I arrived in Douglas too tired to drive any farther and stopped at the Hampton Inn and Suites. The desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming, and quickly got us checked into a room. Beds were so comfortable, we were asleep within 15 minutes. In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic free breakfast: fresh fruit, eggs and sausage, waffles, juice and coffee. The lady at check-out was also very friendly, and we were able to continue our journey fully refreshed.

Rm 320 faced the south. Did not hear the freeway. Clean, friendly staff. Lauren gave a quick and friendly check in. Breakfast was one of the best we have had during covid times. Hot and tasty. Large TV. Nice water pressure. Walking the dog was very difficult. No landscaping. No grass all mud. They need to clean the entrance very muddy.
