最近都昌那艘滯留的輪船“布魯威斯號”也算是火了，特地從外地回老家看看，很少回家所以選擇住酒店，因為經常住酒店所以對酒店要求也特別高，選擇維也納是因為連鎖品牌值得放心，前台小姐姐得知我們要去王爺廟看輪船，很貼心的告訴我們傍晚的時候去還可以看日落，不得不説還是很貼心，晚飯就在小姐姐的推薦下在酒店對面的一家江西小炒，很近，過個馬路就到了，很滿意的入住體驗，整體的服務啊，衞生都很ok

首先入住前台的服務真的值得一提，第一時間前台看我有很多行李，就立馬幫我把行李車推過來了幫我拿行李，還幫我把行李送到了房間，再就是房間，感覺特別的大，住的特別的舒服，還有就是酒店的早餐，有特色餃子粑，真的很好吃，還是挺不錯的，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，問啥都很耐心的回答我，真的不錯！

家裡人結婚訂的這家酒店，首先就是服務非常的不錯，因為入住當天可能比較忙，所以房間都沒趕出來，我們告訴前台有長者小孩，不方便等太久，於是前台就很耐心的叫大姐去幫忙先做衞生，然後把我們帶到沙發區給我們端茶倒水，還給我們送小零食，真的體驗感還是很棒的！再就是房間也很大，衞生也特別的趕緊，住的很舒服！

第2次住都昌維也納了住高層視野好，環境好，這次住的房間不知道前邊那位客房把窗户打開沒關嚴實放進來很多蚊子趴在房頂住的第2個晚上才發現及時與客房部聯繫不一會兒來了位阿姨説明情況後，他幫我打了半天蚊子，我乾沒剩幾衹就讓阿姨回去，沒想到客房阿姨跟前台反映了一下過會兒前台打電話來説幫我找了個電蚊拍還是那位客房阿姨拿着電蚊拍回來繼續踩着沙發吃力的幫我打蚊子，很感謝那位客房阿姨有機會再去都昌，我還會選擇都昌維也納的，我覺得選擇的不是環境有多豪華，而是選擇酒店的服務態度，還有兩個小插曲就不在這裏一一説明瞭電工師傅和酒店送餐小姐姐都讓我這次感受到了對客人的服務態度，沒從他們臉上看到一絲不耐煩，總是笑臉相迎，喜歡都上這座美麗乾淨整潔的小城市路寬沒車，希望還有機會再去。
