Position very far from town, difficult to found.
New building not finished , no concierge present an evening and night, only at the phone.
Room wide and pretty, but with problem at heating.

Overall this hotel was very nice. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchen space. It was extremely difficult to find the entrance, which was very poorly marked. The food/restaurant options on site were very limited and extremely expensive.

Very nice, clean accommodation. Friendly, courteous staff. Very good parking situation.
Unfortunately, the corridors and rooms are a bit too warm. And the breakfast selection could be a bit more. But the great facilities (seating, tables, etc.) make up for that. Very good value for money.

Luckily, a cleaner came by and, oh wonder, immediately got the boss on the phone. Everything was cleaned, but there was a bath towel with makeup brushes hanging in the bathroom.

But:
Everything was still very impersonal. Online check-in is mandatory, reception is never manned, and no one can be reached from the room phone using the short numbers for reception and office. "We are an online hotel". Strange concept... almost never reception in the room (which makes communication with the hotel even more difficult), thin doors - background noise from the hallway can be heard in the room. Although everything is new, the shower is already broken and there are small black spots in the bathroom that indicate signs of mold. It is noticeable that you have to order room service the night before using a sign on the door. Overall, everything is rather poor quality, which can perhaps best be seen in the towels, which are thin and rough cloths rather than soft and comfortable. Breakfast is too expensive in relation to the room price.
