The desk girl was very friendly, lobby is very nice! Room was not cool when we came in, but turned AC on. Walked next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner n room was cool when we came back. Mini fridge kept drink cold. Microwave sparked after seconds, so made front desk lady aware of issue. Bathroom needs some attention! Toilet stain n mold around tub caulk. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Waffle at breakfast with coffee was very nice!verYyNICE.nice

We found a roach in the bathroom when my son was in there. It was hair in the shower and the tub wasn’t clean at all. The floors were not clean at all.

I have a handicap bathroom because of my health, and I was unable to even take a shower because the showerhead was so gross with mold and dirt. I took a picture and showed it to the girl when I checked out that morning. Needless to say I will never return.

The indoor pool is the reason we came but it IS NOT heated and was as cold as spring water. Other than that it’s a good hotel.

Nasty When I got to the hotel, the gentleman was very nice. His name was Jordan and he was very professional and friendly. I let him know that my ring was dirty and he offered to clean it and I told him maybe the next day somebody could clean it. There was bathwater in the tub and it was dirty, and there was still food in the refrigerator from the guest before us. There was something red all over the blanket on the bed. The next day when I asked the lady at the front desk to have somebody clean it, she was very rude and unprofessional. And nobody ever cleaned the room while I was there.

The room was clean, comfy and updated. The shower was roomy and the water was hot and had amazing pressure. The bed was soft and very clean.
