Das Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Der Check-in am Terminal war unkompliziert, und ab 17 Uhr ist auch jemand an der Rezeption verfügbar. Leider gibt es aktuell eine Baustelle, die man schon hören kann, aber es war insgesamt erträglich.
Die Wände sind recht dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn gelegentlich hört. Die Nähe zur Autobahn bzw. Schnellstraße fällt nur bei offenem Fenster auf.
Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man besser nicht unter das Bett schauen, und Fenster, Spiegel waren etwas schmierig. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage sollte auch mal abgewischt werden. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten auch leichte Flecken.
Das Frühstück bietet eine durchschnittliche Auswahl, der Preis dafür ist jedoch eher hoch. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die nette Dame am Empfang, die sehr freundlich war.
Fazit: Für eine Nacht und ohne hohe Ansprüche ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber es gibt definitiv Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Very rude members of staff who were unhelpful (especially Dirk Kurt who was on night shift) who was extremely rude!!! We were too early for check in so we wanted to leave our cases and come back but we were refused as the hotel don’t facilitate for this?? And don’t get me started on the check in process, rubbish!!!

Ho soggiornato presso etap hotel dortmund west per 2 notti nel mese di dicembre. L' esperienza è stata positiva. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo in quanto è situato vicino alla stazione dei treni che permettono di raggiungere facilemente la città di Dortmund. Camere comode e pulite, posizione dell'albergo tranquilla. Le stanze, anche se si effettua la prenotazione per una matrimoniale comprendono un terzo letto. Personale gentile.

wir waren überrascht, daß wir in dieser Preiskategorie so viel Leistung bekommen haben. Die Zimmer waren top in Ordnung. Sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war o.k. Für eine Übernachtung überhaupt kein Problem

Ich habe 6 Nächte im Etap Hotel verbracht und war mehr als zufrieden. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, man hat Fernsehen und einen Radiowecker. Dusche und WC im Zimmer. Ein großer Parking steht den Kunden zur Verfügung und auch für Fluggäste ist es optimal, denn es liegt direkt am Flughafen. Ich werde nächstes Mal wenn ich hinfahre sofort da buchen.
