Every stay in this hotel is a pleasure. Stuff is very helpful and attentive. There is wide choice of food for breakfast and they have a good selection of wine. Aircondition works!!! We are looking forward our next visit.

The stay for us was fantastic. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. A nice modern hotel with all you need .only one thing it would be nice to have coffee making facility in the room.other wise perfect

I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Parking costs money too, but half the parking lot is full of junk cars! That's why it looks pretty unkempt from the outside. What a shame! Reception is overwhelmed with checking in, paying on arrival but not picking up the bill until the next morning. Queuing twice!! Everything has worked better before. What a shame!!!

Absolute disaster.
We stayed at the Ibis Styles Dor**und for one night and can only advise against staying there.
Checking in went smoothly. When we got to the room, it smelled of old smoke and they probably tried to counteract it with air freshener. The whole thing was so penetrating that we went back to reception and asked for another room. The lady at reception seemed a little overwhelmed, but managed to offer us another room.
The other room was clean and functionally furnished.
But as we then discovered, the TV only worked to a limited extent. Satellite TV was promised, but there was only ARD and ZDF, as well as a few third-party channels to choose from.
That wouldn't have been a problem if the WiFi hadn't also completely failed.
The lady at reception was completely overwhelmed with this problem and unfortunately had no solution ready.
The hotel made no concessions regarding the price and so we had to pay the full price for this limited service. Even when checking out, the hotel made no effort to make amends.
We will not stay here again and can only advise against it.

After 22:00 there is no staff at the hotel, so when I arrived at the hotel at 22:15 I could not check in and therefore I sat in the lobby until 07:00 in the morning.
The morning staff who came in were very helpful.
