I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Parking costs money too, but half the parking lot is full of junk cars! That's why it looks pretty unkempt from the outside. What a shame! Reception is overwhelmed with checking in, paying on arrival but not picking up the bill until the next morning. Queuing twice!! Everything has worked better before. What a shame!!!

Two dots just for the kindness of the staff. 50 km from Düsseldorf where the fair was going crazy, in fact to be able to visit it I had to find a room in Dortmund. The price was embarrassing given the quality of the place, but there was no alternative. Breakfast OK, but cutlery washed poorly. Carpet in the bedroom to be removed. The Ibis Style standard is usually very different. Rejected.

Easy to access as it is very close to a motorway exit, the hotel is nevertheless very quiet. The rooms are comfortable, particularly the bedding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Recommended, value for money is very good

The hotel itself is OK and in a quiet location, the breakfast is also OK. However: The shower head in the bathroom is leaking, the carpet in the room is dirty and in mid-July 2022, with a corona incidence rate of around 600 in Dortmund, there was not a single visible dispenser with disinfectant in the house - not even at the breakfast buffet with communal serving cutlery. A corresponding note at the reception was met with a shrug of the shoulders.

Very simple hotel with a strange layout. Your roommate has to crawl over you to get into bed. The breakfast is simple but you had to ask several times for refills because everything had run out. We had booked for 2 nights, but upon arrival it turned out to be only 1 night. We thought this was resolved on the spot. On the last evening we could no longer enter the room. We were lucky that there was someone at the counter, which and the outside door are closed at 10 p.m.
