Close to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

在市中心,方便的是吃飯超市,不方便是停車,他們沒有自己的停車場,房間沒有什麼好景色,但是房間很乾凈,服務人員都非常熱情友善

The good thing is that it was clean. This hotel is were you go when your company books your trip. It is not a good place but adequate. It is worn, there are no power outlets near the beds and there is very little sound isolation towards the road. The main entrance might be confused with an out of sight rear staircase.

I visited this hotel for the first time as my usual one (cheap - cold, but bish bash bosh you know what you are getting was sold out). I won't return! The location feels dodgy and not safe at night - the openly visible rat traps everywhere on the pavement speak volumes - the shopping centre next door is near abandoned. Was left waiting for ages to check in. Room basic and really not user-friendly. Hardly any plug sockets which made it hard to work on laptop. Felt very much also that single people second class - I d like a couple of pillows to snuggle up with, most good hotels will offer. Telling no one ever asked if I had a comfortable stay - don't think anyone cares.

Good location near the alt stadt and shopping. Recommend for football visitors. Staff kept bar open (for Bier) after football match on a friday night. Friendly check-in and check out. Short walk from the hbf.

Good location but otherwise tired old hotel, long overdue complete refurbishment. Faded carpets and pictures in the halls. No fridge in standard rooms "to save the planet," but apparently, superior room occupants are not so concerned. No safe in rooms. Bathroom with green and gold coloured tiles from the 70's/80's had cracked floor tiles with blackened grout from years of water on the floor. Glasses on request, but they wouldn't deliver to room. Body cream on request was so old that it had liquefied. Rooms are only cleaned on request, and they don't tell you that on the reservation or at check-in. Then chambermaid knocked and opened door without waiting, despite "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. Very poor breakfast with basic rolls and cheese/ham; allegedly broken toaster miraculously reappeared after two days of complaints but still had to ask for bread. You cannot economically repair an old toaster so it was obvious that the reason why it was withdrawn was to avoid having to put out bread. Scrambled eggs on request but no sausage (is this Germany??), bacon or beans. It's definitely not worth €14. Save money and go to one of the many coffee shops nearby. The so called "cosy bar" is actually at reception and I never saw anyone there. In 4 nights I only saw 2 other guests at breakfast time, which was not a big surprise. This is a poor excuse for an Accor/ Mercure Hotel. There has to be better value in Dortmund.

Can't complain. Friendly staff, central location and a clean and tidy room. As status members we also got our free welcome drink. The shower gel in our room was empty, but instantly replaced when we asked for it at the reception. As the price was cheap, the value was good.

Lovely hotel, for a reasonable price I got a big room, double bed with a bath and an array of coffees and teas. The room was lovely, my only minor negative was the price of the breakfast; €20 is a bit steep!

We were in Dortmund for a football match. We stayed in this Mercure the first night (the Centrum one for the second night). This Mercure was nowhere near as good as the Centrum one. The entrance, when you find it, is just a door. Then use an elevator to 3rd floor for check-in. This one was £144 a night, the other £257, so this one cheaper. But there's a reason for that. When approaching from the main station you can see the sign on the roof, but there;'s no entrance. So you go around the side and see another vertical sign - but no entrance. Backwards and forward, then a full circuit of the block reveals that you have apprached from the back and there is no signage to tell you to go around to the other street. Then you enter thru' a glass door and go up in the elevator. Signs and advice is in short supply. The hotel is tired. Hair dryer was very week. Bath towels are not very big. And the usual question - would I stay there again. The answer is No, I wouldn't - unless it was desperate. Use the other Mercure and pay the extra.

Right in the centre of Dortmund but less than a five minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Good for those breaking a long rail journey, as I was. A warm welcome, but it's not very obvious where the entrance to the hotel is located (three floors up in a lift).
