I booked it for one night as I was looking for a good, cheap place to stay. €49 in a standard double room without breakfast was perfectly fine. Rooms clean and spacious, unfortunately a bit noisy when housekeeping starts to move the beds at 8 o'clock in the morning and clean the rooms loudly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't try breakfast, but it smelled delicious when I walked past after checking out. There is a small vending machine in the lobby. Plus points for compliance with the Corona rules! I would come again :)

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung im B&B HOTEL Dortmund-City Ich möchte meine 6 Nächte im B&B HOTEL Dortmund-City teilen, die eine absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung waren. Die kalte Mimik der Rezeptionisten, die Blicke, die uns zeigen, dass sie uns nicht mögen, und die Tatsache, dass sie nicht einmal bereit sind, unsere Anliegen anzuhören, haben diese Unterkunft zu einer der schlechtesten gemacht, die ich je hatte. Am 03.01.2025 und 04.01.2025, zwischen 21:00 und 22:00 Uhr, ging ich an die Rezeption und fragte, ob ich heißes Wasser bekommen könnte. Die Antwort, die ich von der Rezeptionistin bekamm, war: "NEIN, der heiße Wasserspender ist jetzt geschlossen und ich darf ihn auf keinen Fall öffnen!" Sie bestand darauf, dass ich an den Automaten für Kaffee oder Tee gegen Bezahlung gehen könnte, obwohl ich ihr mehrfach erklärte, dass ich nur heißes Wasser wollte. Sie antwortete immer wieder: "Ich kann Ihnen kein heißes Wasser geben, der Wasserspender ist derzeit aus." Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich in einem Hotel, in dem ich 6 Nächte verbringe, nicht einmal meinen Bedarf an heißem Wasser decken könnte. Als ich sogar bereit war, dafür zu bezahlen, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich nicht einmal den Frühstücksraum betreten dürfe, wo heißes Wasser zur Verfügung stünde. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. In den Zimmern gibt es nicht einmal einen kleinen Kühlschrank oder einen Wasserkocher. Es gibt keinen heißen Wasserzugang an der Rezeption. Besonders für Gäste mit Babys ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass sie die Babynahrung hier nicht erwärmen können. Einmal kam der Zimmerservice um 08:30 Uhr, am nächsten Tag kam er erst um 11:00 Uhr. Wenn man zu dieser Zeit nicht bereit ist, wird das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass eine Mitarbeiterin einfach weigerte, mir heißes Wasser zu geben, was die gesamte Erfahrung noch schlimmer machte. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen
