We did not like this hotel at all! We chose it because it is located halfway between two cities we stopped at during our driving vacation. The area it is in did not feel very safe. And it did not look very clean.I requested a quiet room. But the check-in staff explained that: when you book with Ctrip they will automatically assign you the worst and noisiest room. I asked to change the room. They said it cannot be changed. The entire night there were sounds of people walking loudly over our room and things thudding above us. The bed frame was even shaking from it sometimes. We could hardly sleep all night. It ruined one entire day of our vacation :(

The staff was excellent and friendly. The room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is close to shopping and travel routes. They have a good buffet breakfast.

Perfect stop for a good nice and clean shower while traveling. Appreciated being able to work out and head out with a nice breakfast. Great travel hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel had easy access to freeway and shopping areas. Breakfast was well appointed and Ms Mae that serviced the breakfast was just as sweet as could be. Heated pool was a big plus for the kids.

The room was large and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel was centrally located. Minutes from highway and minutes from restaurants. Will be returning next week.

It was an overnight trip and I was tired by the time we checked in there lady was very friendly my only concern was the bathroom was not cleaned.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, amenities offered and price. My only disappointment was checking in, the front desk representative was cold and non responsive (almost rude). To balance that, the breakfast representative was great and front desk representative was very friendly
