Pro: - Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür und um die Ecke - große Ferienwohnung (Nr. 7) im Ober-/Dachgeschoss) - ein paar Restaurants und Cafés in Fußweite, ebenso ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker Contra: - Überall tote Insekten in den Ecken, hier sollte man mal mit dem Staubsauger grundreinigen - Flecken an den Wänden, die mal überstrichen werden sollten - 2 Tische und 2 Stühle auf dem Balkon, bei einem Stuhl war die Schweißnaht durchgebrochen, gehört entsorgt / ausgetauscht - Keine Ablagen in der Dusche und beim Waschbecken - Uralter, vergilbter, kaputter Spiegelschrank mit Sprung im Glas und abgebrochenen, scharfkantigen Ecken. Bitte unbedingt entsorgen und etwas Neues installieren! - Rollo im Kinderzimmer kaputt und ließ sich auch nicht mit wenigen Handgriffen reparieren, da gebrochen. Bitte dringend austauschen, da sonst einfach zu hell zum Schlafen - Einsatz in der Kühlschrank-Tür abgebrochen und lag lose im Kühlschrank, somit begrenzter Platz, bitte ersetzen! - keine Willkommens-Mappe, nur wenige, knappe Infos - kein Wäscheständer zum Aufhängen von nasser Kleidung, etc. vorhanden - Salz und Klarspüler in der Spülmaschine leer und kein Ersatz vorhanden - keine Rauchwarnmelder installiert - ist das überhaupt noch rechtlich erlaubt? Alles in allem gehört die Wohnung, grundgereinigt, gestrichen und defekte Dinge gehören repariert bzw. ausgetauscht.
