We were there for a surgical procedure. We were told the room service has to be requested so we requested it upon arrival for all the days we were staying. The first day we have to requested it again and the person doing the rooms was reluctant to do it. 2nd and 3rd day the same. She really doesn’t want to work since I overheard her saying she is tired so please quit your job but dont make the customers go trough this lack of service
The manager changed our rooms the second day because wifi never worked. They made me call a company who maintains the wifi service like I was a homeowner checking on my service. Finally on the new room there was wifi.. but the ac was not working lol. We didn’t complained about that because we realized that the hotel is a disaster. We had only one more night. Also on the first room as a note the ac made a lot of noise and the tv is installed perpendicular to the bed making it very uncomfortable to watch. Entire hotel needs an overhaul!

My room was filled with Ants.. My daughter was bitten and we had to go find allergy medication. Other then that. The room was nice.

well the pros is that the room is spacy and the stuff and the manager were polite
the cons is that the room was very dirty with hair every where and lots of stains on the bed cover
there was a cockroach in the room
the airport planes noise was unbearable since the hotel is very close to the airport with poor isolation
also the AC was very loud

The manager Erika was very rude as i found a room full of dirt and dust under the bed.
She did not care and said we should not move the beds ? and it is just under the beds as if the floor is no part of the room.
What a very bad experience… First and last time with Wyndham group if their management is that way.

Stayed with family of 4 and rooms kind of small same with beds 2 person hardly fit and washroom door was not even closing.
