Stayed here to catch a flight the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, excellent water pressure. Used the shuttle service to go back to the airport. Front desk was friendly, however they forgot the wake up call, good thing we set an alarm. Would stay again.

Nice room with comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good amenities. The location was perfect for my visit.

Always stay in Marriott hotels for years.  Stayed in Doral for one night, airplane noise due to flight path about two hundred feet directly above hotel is horrible, floor shakes every minute or two when landing planes come overhead.   The patio has only one table outside the pool enclosure. Since the one table was taken by another party, we sat at table inside the pool enclosure where there are numerous tables and chairs some occupied. The pool was closed per the sign, we did not go in the pool nor did we want to, even though the pool was clear, clean and pump obviously working.  Our party only wanted to sit and enjoy happy hour.  We sat there for over an hour and then rudely we were told we had to leave the patio as the pool was closed.  We were not in the pool.  We asked why we had to leave the patio when we were not in the pool and the employee could not answer why.  Definitely not worth the price to stay here and definitely does not compare to the standard of Marriott

This hotel was clean and in a good safe location but the only reason I stayed here twice was because of Kaitlyn. She is courteous, professional and very friendly! Made us feel genuinely welcomed. She is definitely an asset and should be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our inquiries.
