Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel and the options for children. However, there are a few things that bothered me and spoiled the overall impression of the vacation. The room lacked a dryer or a place to dry things after winter sports. A big disappointment for me was the receptionists, who did not know basic information such as the check-out time, the reception number for calls from the room, and they showed no interest in asking if I was satisfied with my stay upon departure. These are basic details that the receptionists should know. Overall, I found their interaction with guests to be weak. On the contrary, I was very satisfied with the cleaning staff, who were nice, polite, welcoming, and always cleaned the room beautifully, changed the towels, and were very accommodating. The food was great, with a large selection, and the waiters were pleasant. Services like the swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym were excellent, and I didn't mind at all that they were on different floors. The children's pool was large enough for small children, with perfectly warm water suitable for them. There is a notice and rules on the wall, but 70% of adults did not respect them and treated the children's pool as a place to relax and unwind, as if it were a jacuzzi for their rest rather than for children. The lifeguards were a big disappointment, as they either read newspapers/books or slept, and when asked to address the situation, they responded by asking what they were supposed to do about it. Seriously? In my opinion, it is also part of their job to ensure that people respect the rules. It is a children's pool with about 50 cm of water intended for children aged 0-8 years. Children are more susceptible to various illnesses, and from a hygiene perspective, it is undesirable for adults to be in the pool. Mostly, the parents of children over 3 years old were there, while they could easily sit at the edge of the pool like the rest of us. I would recommend placing the sign to the left of the window so that everyone can see it upon entering and retraining the lifeguards and receptionist on their duties!!!!
