Jufa in Donnersbachwald... very nice and quite location. Nice accommodation, tasteful half board and especially friendly owners. We spent a bit rainy week but very nice week. Greetings to owners I... + A...!

Very friendly staff, great value for the money. Close to slope, good for children with all kind’s equipment . Rooms are very comfortable, food is delicious. Dinner could be open for longer time. And the play room for kids could be bigger. We spent perfect family holiday.

Me and my family really enjoyed our 4night summer vacay in JUFA Donnersbachwald. Thanks to the friendly staff we felt like at home. We had half board and gallery room type. The food was tasty (however the offer of breakfasts was rather monotonous, among other I would appreciated a variety of cheeses as I experienced in other JUFAs in the past), room clean and spacious, I really apprecated the sauna. All of that surrounded by nature. Keep in mind that Donnersbachwald is approx. 1hour driving from Schladming, if you plan to do trips around. Cool facility for kids as well. Apart from outdoor facility, there is a playcorner inside and an evening cinema. Beds were comfortable but we clearly heard noises from nextdoor (children)

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Super fand ich die vorhandenen Trink-Lernbecher bzw. das Geschirr für Kleinkinder. Auch Hochstühle und Babybett waren vorhanden - spitze! Bei Regenwetter gibt es die Möglichkeit Dart, Billiard .. zu spielen und auch Gesellschaftsspiele auszuleihen, top! Beim Abendbuffet war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Erwachsene eher gut - aber für Kinder super (salzarm). Als „Barfüßler“ hätte ich mir einen saubereren Zimmerboden gewünscht. 4/5 Punkte

Alles Top nur ein kleines Manko. Rauchverbot im Gebäude, allerdings wurde das nicht am Balkon eingehalten und somit konnten wir mit unseren Kindern nicht draußen sitzen. Haben das der Rezeption gemeldet. Tipp: Rauchen nur auf öffentlichen freien Flächen oder dafür gekennzeichneten Flächen machen, dann ist es kein Problem. Man könnte auch am gesamten Gelände Rauchverbot machen, ist ja immerhin ein Kinder/Jugend Hotel. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst!

Das Hotel an sich ist ganz nett es ist nur schade, dass jede Freizeitaktivität (Pinball, Airhockey, Billiard, Darts,…) extra kostet. Das Buffet ist okay, leider ist nur die Hälfte der Speisen frisch gekocht. Der Rest ist Tiefkühlware. Das Frühstück hat eine sehr große Auswahl, hier ist der einzige Kritikpunkt der Speck. Es werden scheinbar alle Scheiben gleichzeitig angebraten, sodass diese dann aneinander kleben. Das Zimmer und der Skistall waren okay. Wir hatten das Pech mit mehreren Schulklassen gemeinsam im Hotel zu sein. Daher war der Lärmpegel sehr hoch und das Buffet stark überfüllt.

Kleines aber sauberes Zimmer, ausreichend für 3 Nächtigungen, ausreichendes Büffet Morgens und Abends und viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Waren wirklich begeistert und auch das Team war sehr besorgt um das wohlergehen seiner Gäste, kommen sicher wieder.
