酒店是當地很大的一家，餐飲，酒店聚集的酒樓，門前停車超市都非常近，基本上出門就是，房間也比較多，還很安靜，

吐槽兩點:夜間值班的前台態度簡直不要太差，這樣的是怎麼招進來做前台服務人員的，態度差服務也差，差評差評差評。第二:房間設施不是這個壞了就是那個壞了，空調製熱開不起來，電視也沒信號，連房卡都是壞的，打不開門，要不就是取不了電，叫了酒店的安保大叔過來拿總房卡開了門，結果房卡不給，説可以開任何門，不能給，那請問不插卡怎麼用電。換了前台過來，臨走前還説一句這是總卡，不要隨便出去開其他的門。是不是腦子不好？我開其他房門幹嘛，拿衞生紙還是一次性拖鞋，服務態度真是搞笑了。換了兩三次房間，總是有問題不過最惡的還是前台的服務態度，設施跟不上，服務也不行空調壞了，我説換個房間，結果來句，都客滿了沒空房。後來保安大叔都説了給換個房間，空調確實壞了，前台竟然罵罵咧咧的，垃圾

前台服務態度差。設施不好，頭天晚上住，開了門結果插卡那裡插座壞的，卡一放進去就掉下來，換了個房間，房卡又是壞的，拿了總卡才開的門，湊合住的。第二天住，房間空調壞的。明明全是空房，説沒房間換，罵罵咧咧的
