環境：清幽，因為是去年才開，設施都很新。房間寬敞通透。
服務：很好。
衞生：也比較乾淨敞亮
設施：本來什麼都好，但是這個拖鞋？。新的就這樣發黃？我也不知道該怎麼説。。

東至縣的學苑賓館算是政府酒店了，旁邊就是黨校，走廊非常寬敞，讓人感覺不像是酒店，窗外的風景也算不錯，就是早餐時間太短了。

進門的衣櫃還有洗手枱挺好的，挺方便的，洗手枱用的是台下盆，不往外濺水也挺好的，整體環境就這個小縣城來説算還可以了，可能是新店的原因吧，空間都挺大的，放置東西的收納櫃挺多的。淋浴間的門和毛巾架離的有些遠，洗澡拿毛巾擦不方便，且放地墊的地方就和衞生間門挨着，放了地墊後開關門有點礙事。床的話不軟，就床墊上鋪了床單的感覺，這個天晚上睡覺後背有些冷。商務出行的話，性價比還不錯。

很喜歡這裏，建築外觀蠻大氣的，有停車位。房間很乾凈，沒有異味，衞生間沒有水漬，提供的東西也很齊全。前台小姐姐很温柔、熱情，提供的早餐還可以，有就挺好的了～晚上很安靜，除了枕頭太高了以外，其他都挺好的。下次來東流還會住這裏噠～

早餐非常豐富，味道好，走進去像走進政府大樓，環境安靜，房間很大，前台非常親切，我的包遺忘在早餐廳，前台小姐姐們找到我同事，及時拿回來，特別負責任。

看到外觀圖片不錯，停車比較方便，對面是明發國際大酒店，節日價格還能接受吧，就選的它，入住後感覺像是政府培訓接待式的住宿佈局，走廊寬，房間稍大，比較乾淨，但被褥枕套等床上用品貌似不是棉質，被芯化纖感明顯，晚上比較安靜，早餐像單位食堂，品種還行吧，經瞭解和查詢，平時價格200多，國慶調價300多，在東至這樣的縣城，價格高了，入住性價比不高。

除了床的席夢思稍稍有點偏硬，裝修風格偏黨政風，隔音稍有不夠，其他還有蠻好👍。早餐雖然沒有那麼多花裏胡哨的品種，但是卻很實在，乾淨衞生味道好，一看就是真材實料。推薦！

房間非常乾淨，設施很新，還送了果盤。賓館在縣黨校大院內，外部環境非常好，停車很方便，早餐在黨校餐廳享用，早餐品種非常豐富，這次連住了兩天，下次來還會首選住這裏。
