The hotel's suites are very comfortable and cost-effective. I always book this hotel every time I travel to Heyuan. The facilities in the room are also smart. The toilet seat has a heating function, so you won't get cold as soon as you sit on it. The staff The service is also very attentive. 非常差，特別差，超差！！！
第一:我們是下午6點25分住入酒店，前台服務員跟我們説衞生和換床品要等1個小時左右，那時我們還是可以接受，我們説好的，我們放好行李去吃個晚飯，應該就可以美美的休息。前台服務員説:可以，那時你們就可以休息！
接下來的事情發現啦:我們吃飯吃到晚上8點了，給酒店足夠的時候搞衞生換床品，但回到酒店回到房間，啊！！！！！沒有人搞衞生，去到前台禮貌詢問:酒店對這件事情解決方案，他們還説還要等1個小時左右，天呀，要客人等了3個小時多，都沒有搞衞生，這麼大的酒店，這麼大連鎖酒店，會有這像情況發現的嗎？我們也算是經常去住酒店都沒有這種事情發生過，最後前台服務員説了等1個鐘就不理我們，沒有其他的補償，服務態度也非常不好！！！！！天呀！好差好差！
