每次途經東營墾利都必須在錦江之星石化大廈店住宿，該店設施簡約、合理、應有盡有，唯一不足就是被子有點厚，希望能改進。我們之所以衹認該店，最主要原因是看重了他們的服務。這次前台是李莎莎接待的我們，開始她給我們安排了一間樓層較低的房間，我告訴她我的眼睛有病需要房間亮，能否安排高一點的樓層，她沒有二話，立刻給我換了房間；人老疾病多，出門需要帶上低温保存的葯，我把情況告訴她，也得到了圓滿解決[微笑]
每次來錦江之星我們都會在餐廳用餐，餐廳的陳曉霞每每都是笑臉相迎，熱情服務，特別是這次來有點情況，希望得到她的幫助，她請示了領導後立刻給予瞭解決，讓我感激不已。
錦江之星石化店雖然設施不算高檔，但因有了李莎莎、陳曉霞這樣的員工，真真讓我們享受到了高檔的服務，也因此無論去哪兒旅遊，我們的首選都是錦江之星，並且還會將"錦江"介紹給親朋好友。不過坦率的講，哪裡的"錦江"服務都不如墾利石化店。
