Blue Horizon Xinyue Hotel Dongying

I have stayed in hotels under the Blue Ocean brand in other cities and gave good reviews. Since I was traveling with my elderly and had to choose a triple room, I hastily chose this Blue Ocean hotel. It was really disappointing. The facilities were old and the hygiene was average. The glass on the outer edge must have not been cleaned for a long time. When the cartoon bed flag in the parent-child room was opened, a cloud of dust and catkins rose up. The air conditioner was not cool and the noise was very loud. The overall experience of staying here was very bad.

The room was in very poor sanitary condition, with mottled marks on the carpet; the bathroom facilities were old and gray, and I didn't dare to use them at all; what was even more speechless was that the bed and mattress were so bad that one person felt like an earthquake and couldn't sleep at all. I usually don't give bad reviews, but I advise you to give up this one.

I took my family of three, including my child, to Dongying Jinniwan to dig for hala. We were so tired that we couldn't go back. I heard from the locals that Blue Sea's service was good, so I searched online. I didn't know what was going on, but when I opened the homepage, I saw Blue Sea Xinyue Hotel, so I clicked in and booked it. After booking, the hotel called to ask what time we would arrive and about our overall needs, which was very heartwarming. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic. There was a row of vacuum cartoon balloons 🎈, and my child could choose whatever he wanted. The child was very happy. After checking into the room, the child liked the decorated room very much. He told me that the decoration was beautiful and he didn't plan to destroy it. There were fruits in the room and children's supplies were prepared. The child really liked it. I will stay there again during the next National Day holiday!

When I checked in to Lanhai Xinyue, the floor supervisor Wang and manager Sun Caixia gave me some douqi as a present when I checked out. I was very happy. It was not because of this thing, but because the hotel wrote a blessing from the bottom of its heart! I was very touched. I like the hotel staff who have such meticulous and attentive service! I believe we will meet again at Lanhai next stop!

The hotel's lobby bar has a good environment. Business travelers can conduct business here. There are some books provided. When you sit in the lobby bar to rest at night, Guo Yuzhen will be very enthusiastic and hand you a glass of warm water. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic!
