酒店是標準的四星級標準酒店。前台服務還算到位。房間面積巨大，設備硬件條件不錯，唯一美中不足的是早餐品種足夠但是八點多去的已經有很多菜品沒有了衹有空盤站崗了。欣慰的是可以和服務員要求加餐。

整個賓館佔據一個較大的院落，綠化和建設得象個小公園。主樓高高矗立，客房寬敞明亮，傢俱設備應有盡有，餐飲會議設施齊全，停車場巨大。絕對是屬於高大上的那種。
賓館離市政府不遠，它周邊的環境也很好。賓館院落東牆外是一條小河，河水清清綠樹成蔭，對岸是個住宅小區。因為地處東營的政治中心，所以屬於購物狂和美食家的朋友就要受點委屈了，周邊沒有餐飲和商業網點。
服務方面舉個例子，就可見一斑了：每個房間衹配了一張房卡，這是大多數酒店的標準操作，一般情況下，住一天克服克服也就夠用了。可是本賓館的電梯裏安裝了刷卡器，上行時必須刷卡才能摁樓層鍵。當天坐了一天的車，夫人累了想在房間裏休息，而精力充沛的我卻要出去轉轉，這張房卡衹好留在房間裏。下樓嗎無妨礙，可上樓時就沒轍了，衹能等其他客人來時坐蹭梯。我發現這個問題後找到前台的服務生，説明瞭原委，他二話不説，馬上給我補辦了一張房卡，滿足了我的需求。贊一個。

一次非常滿意的體驗，房間層高特別高，很寬敞。房間衞生很乾凈，服務員熱情，禮貌，效率高。高層窗外環境優美，花草樹木錯落有致，院內小橋流水，成羣的錦鱗游來游去，晚上散步，健身天然的活動場所很不錯。早餐品種豐富，地道的北方口味。值得推薦給大家。

作為住過山東大廈和喜來登的，真實覺的東營賓館不輸任何的4星級酒店，都是以五星的標準來建設與服務的，自助餐的檔次也非常高。

酒店位置不錯，在府前大街上，離廣場不遠，離餐飲聚集處也很近，算是比較方便，院子夠大，環境優美，鬧中取靜之地，大堂很豁亮，服務人員態度良好，房間挺大，衞生乾淨，早餐豐富，晚餐自助價格實惠，整體來説入住體驗感不錯，酒店值得推薦。

整體房間看起來非常好，停車也特別好，大體有四星級酒店的標準，但是床單出現了一個漏洞，晚上關燈的時候燈有一點接觸不良，吹風機口的接觸也不是很好，房間還有一個插電的地方沒有通電，我覺得在一些細節上還是存在一些問題的。出入特別方便。枕頭對我來説稍微有一點高床稍微有一點軟，但是整體還是推薦入住。

環境太差了，説是無煙房，一股子煙味而且煙灰缸就在那。空調超級響，根本沒法用。最誇張的是第一間房礦泉水居然開過的，換了以後，枕頭都是用過得，沒有換，太噁心了，這種酒店真是太垃圾了
