The experience was really not good. We arrived at the hotel at noon. At 12 o'clock, the hotel said that we had not slept yet and had not cleaned up, so we went to eat. After eating, we came back at almost 2 o'clock, and it was still not cleaned up. We stood awkwardly in the corridor... The front desk said that someone had been called, but the auntie who cleaned the room said that she had not finished cleaning before, so it might be that there were simply not enough service staff... The location is very remote, and the room is very small. The room I booked has no windows and is very stuffy. It's my fault that I didn't see the small words "no window" when I booked the room. It's more remote than I thought. I have to walk about 7 kilometers to eat, so the only thing that makes people feel relieved is the room price. The room environment is good. The service is given 3 points because the waiter said that the attached coffee shop opens at 9 o'clock and you can get 2 cups of coffee for free. However, when I went there, I was told that I had to wait another 45 minutes before I could get it.
