JI Hotel (Dongying Hekou Haining Road)

The old couple drove out to play and booked several Four Seasons hotels along the way because this chain is relatively high-end, with first-class facilities and good hygiene. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dongying, we felt very bad. The reasons are as follows: 1. We booked a double breakfast room, but the front desk said that breakfast was not included (see picture), saying that they could not see the message. When we showed them the order, the other party looked unhappy. So we contacted Ctrip customer service. Soon, the front desk actually sent two fruit plates. Looking at these fruits, I can't tell what it feels like. 2. Maybe because of unhappiness, the front desk assigned us the room at the corner. Not only did it not meet the requirements of the guests in the order (see picture), but it also did not match the hotel's advertising pictures. We didn't say anything at the time, thinking that there might be too many guests in the hotel, so we had to do it. But at breakfast, we found that there were very few people eating! 3. When checking in, we asked the front desk if there was an underground parking lot. None of the three people at the front desk could give a clear answer. It was said that there was a "pole" in the underground garage. Finally, we asked and told that we could only park on the ground. How should I put it? It's a bit funny. Such a good hotel, but there is something missing...

The hotel can be said to be the most comfortable hotel in the small town of Hekou. The hotel staff is very friendly and considerate. They upgraded the room type for me and my baby and gave us fruits. The room has no odor, is large enough, and is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep in, the bath water is hot and large enough, there is an automatic toilet, the hotel environment is quiet, and there is a KFC downstairs.

The room was average. We arrived at 10pm. There was some cigarette smell but we were very tired. We thought we would check out the next morning. We went to bed with our kids.
