第1次來東營，還是晚上，在網上選了一個離車站比較近的酒店，圖片上看起來蠻新的。大廳設計的非常精緻漂亮，床很舒服，超值感受。最最驚喜的是，攜程積分兑換，住一晚上付款了13元，天上的餡餅砸中我嘍！

誰住誰知道，太差了，前台服務質量超級差，之前也不告之房間類型，到達説就剩一件低一級房型了，要想住有窗户需要重新預訂，走線下，網上不能升級房間，太噁心，前台服務就和欠了800塊錢。

到東營來看黃河入海口，選了這家離火站近的酒店，實在是遠超預期。整體裝修、氛圍很像我住過的法國巴黎郊區的康鉑酒店。裝修簡潔但不簡陋，房間大有沙發茶几，床品乾淨舒適，令人驚喜的是有自助洗衣房，對我這樣出門好些天的人太方便了。早餐28元，卻有星級酒店範，中西式兼備。最要讚的是大堂，有個免費書吧，配免費茶水、薄荷糖、小餅乾。我一早退了房，把行李寄存酒店就去玩，晚上回來離火車時間還遠，在大堂看了一個多小時書，順便充電、喝茶，這樣的酒店必須好評！

酒店前台工作人員熱情，為客人排憂解難，開始安排在臨街房間，因噪音太大，無法安睡，便諮詢前台是否能換間不臨街的房間，最終得以如願，睡了一個好覺，非常感謝酒店工作人員的貼心服務。酒店客房寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，性價比高。酒店門口有多路公交車，出行便利。

這個酒店整體的感覺正如我在選擇它前看到的其他網友的評價一樣，性價比高，現代氣息濃厚，設施設備新且智能化。不過服務方面還有進一步提高的空間。當然，也不能以高星級酒店的服務標準來要求這樣一個經濟型酒店，所以説我基本上願意給到滿分。
