A perfect stay experience! I must give thumbs up to all aspects of the B&B, especially the service team of the few guys. Upgraded rooms, campfire movies, pet-friendly, and sunny weather almost satisfy all the wonderful imagination of slow life in a vacation B&B! There are also delicious meals and afternoon tea. I booked this hotel because it's new, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lobby – it's incredibly upscale. The front desk even upgraded my room. The service was excellent; they helped with my luggage, opened the elevator, guided me through check-in, and even delivered my luggage to my room. It was better than the service I've experienced at five-star hotels. The hotel's public areas are beautiful and photogenic. The room was also very clean, which is rare; I definitely choose newer hotels. The entire room has smart devices, even the toilet, and wireless phone charging. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the freshly made wontons, which were fantastic – my child ate quite a lot. Also, I noticed the hotel has underfloor heating throughout, which will be very comfortable in winter. I'll bring the kids back during winter break. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations and deserves a rave review.
