The online reviews were very positive, so we decided to book their duplex suite. Their service was incredibly warm and attentive. We were traveling with kids and had quite a bit of luggage, and a lovely lady at the front desk even helped us carry it. Once we got to our room, she made sure to turn on all the air conditioners for us before leaving. As two families, the layout with one room upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own independent bathroom, was extremely convenient. The location is also excellent for getting around, with a light rail station right outside the door.
