Excellent location with a good service mind people. Even through they cannot speak english at all but they are very nice with warm welcome service. The location is close to Palace of Qin just 300 m. You can see Hengdian view from the window. The amenity and drink can be ask at counter anytime. !!!! Such a nice hotel

The twin room we booked was very large and had a lot of space to put our luggage. As soon as we entered the hotel, there was a light fragrance. Overall, it was very clean. My friends and I came to Hengdian to chase stars, so it was more convenient to stay in this hotel. On the next floor, go right and you’ll find the night market in Hengdian where celebrities go most often. Go left and you’ll find Wansheng South Street Night Market, which has lots of delicious food. It’s also convenient to go to scenic spots. You can take a taxi in just a few minutes, or you can ride a small electric donkey. There are many small green cars downstairs. It’s very comfortable to scan and ride around Hengdian😌 The lady at the front desk is very helpful and will tell us anything we ask! And they are very enthusiastic ❤️ It is really convenient to come to Hengdian to chase stars!

Something happened these days, so I am late to comment. I would like to thank Jiahui, the butler of Ctrip. He started to help me coordinate the check-in at nearly 4 o'clock in the morning. After looking at many hotels, I decided to stay at this one. It looked new and the location was pretty good. It's very convenient to navigate there. The two-story underground garage is quite large and has a lot of parking spaces. The front desk of the hotel is on 17F. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged a room on 16F. The design of the hotel is quite fashionable, and the rooms are quite large and clean (unfortunately, the view outside the window of the room I arranged is generally blocked). . . The Nut projection is great and very convenient for watching movies. There is a big sofa, but it is a bit too far to watch the projection while sitting on the big sofa. The viewing angle is more suitable and comfortable while lying on the bed. Xiaodu is very considerate, but many lights cannot be turned off at night, and the bright light is a bit depressing. It is very close to the Zhenxing Road Night Market Food Street. It is very convenient to walk there and it is very pleasant to eat and drink. The breakfast buffet is rich. Highly recommended!

The hotel room is very clean. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was given water, which was very warm. The front desk lady Meidou was very nice and kind. She not only checked us in in advance, but also upgraded the room type. The hotel has a rich breakfast variety, clear TV, and a very comfortable stay. There is a book bar on the first floor and a gym on the top floor. It is very close to the Qingming Riverside Park and can be reached on foot. It is the first choice for the next visit to Dongyang Hengdian.

We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

The room is very clean, and two types of pillows are very thoughtfully prepared. It is much more comfortable to choose the pillow you are used to. There is a shared battery car station opposite the hotel. It is very convenient to go to the night market. It is not far from the scenic spot and the subway station. It is very convenient to travel. Breakfast is provided in the morning. When ordering takeout, fill in your room number and a robot will deliver it. It is very convenient. Mineral water is free. You can ask the front desk for it after drinking. Overall, I am really satisfied.

This is my third time coming to Hengdian and I have stayed at Sweetome both times. First of all, Sweeten’s transportation location is really convenient! It's not far from any scenic spot by taxi from Sweeten, and it's right next to the Huating Night Market, and the surrounding area is also very bustling and lively! Furthermore, the service is really good! ! ! I sent a package before going and asked the front desk to collect it for me. There is also a Fengchao locker on the first floor of the hotel. I received the goods smoothly. When I arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk helped me put the packages together and handed them to me! We also added the hotel’s WeChat account, so you can use WeChat to contact us if you have any questions, which is very convenient! I forgot to pick up a package when I left this time, so I asked the front desk for help. It is really not just a general hotel operation, but a real communication with the guests and giving them help! In addition, the cleaning of the hotel is also very good. The cleaning lady is very kind and said in advance that she does not need to go in for cleaning. She will also ask if we need replacement supplies or if there is anything missing. He even helped me put the supplies in my friend’s room and wrote a small note! The room I stayed in this time had a washing machine, microwave, etc., which was very convenient! Very satisfied with my three-day stay! Next time I come to Hengdian, I will still choose Sweetome!
