As soon as we entered the room, there was an opened bottle of mineral water on the table. The chairs were all gray, and the sheets and quilts had yellow marks. The pillow covers were yellow, and the cleaning staff was not there at night. I asked for the quilts and sheets and changed them myself. The most outrageous thing is that the central air conditioner doesn't cool down at all. It's almost June and it's extremely hot.

You have to find a place to park by yourself on the side of the road. There is no fixed or own parking lot because the road construction is surrounded by dirt and the parking of vehicles is chaotic. The room type I was optimistic about was different from what was advertised online. I charged the room rate at a high price privately. When I asked the front desk for the reason, I was told that the room type was correct, but the online pictures were incomplete, etc. After consulting Ctrip customer service and raising objections, I was compensated for the price difference. The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear the conversation next door. There are mahjong rooms around the room at night, and you are easily affected by other guests. The bathroom roof leaked, and the water was washed out after showering. There were hairs behind the toilet, so I barely stayed for one night. I didn't wash the mud when the carrot was too fast. The waiter brought his family members to the hotel to take a shower because it was too cold at home. I gave it one star because the cleaning lady communicated very well. My real stay experience, there is no false information, because Ctrip customer service responded and testified, I don’t include pictures because I can’t take pictures.

很滿意的一次體驗，酒店很好，交通啥的也方便，很乾凈，，前台小姐姐非常的禮貌周到，能及時解答我們的問題，還有咖啡奶茶免費喝，打掃阿姨也很細心，下次有機會還會住這家酒店，……

設施：衞生間沒紙，房間沒紙，一次性用品都沒有，沒有前台電話，得下樓去要 衞生：還可以 環境：早晨給打過電話，説是新裝修，就這個迷惑的辦公室吊頂，不遮光的窗簾，辦公室用的文件櫃，應該是培訓機構或者是曾經的辦公室搬了兩張床過來 前面評論説樓下就是夜市的也是託，很遠，走路要二十多分鐘

酒店到橫店影視城挺方便的，大約20分鐘左右的車程，離景點近，節假日橫店房價太高，最後選擇了雲凱大酒店，果然沒有讓我失望，省了幾百元😊😊😊，服務員服務態度好，酒店房間乾淨整潔，設施好，中央空調、隔音窗户，床上用品很舒服，贊👍👍👍，不錯的選擇，值得推薦，下次來還住這裏。

酒店前台人很好，酒店品質真的可以，床單枕頭乾淨，周邊吃飯方便，在十字路口處，交通比較便利，容易打到車，攜程推薦確實不錯。
