Everything was fine but the ventilation for smoke is not very good so we had to tolerate the cigarette smells from other rooms however the staffs are friendly. They gave us some water for us to bring away when we checked out: location is quite near the theme parks if traveling via didi cars.

Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

訂了一晚大床房，入住時候酒店給免費升級了套房，很驚喜，過年期間能有這個待遇。房間非常乾淨，酒店送了迎賓水果，第一次住圓床娃很高興，還想多住幾天，可惜假期餘額不足，已經出來玩了5天了，橫店是最後一站。今天去了秦王宮，其它幾個以後再來，下次會繼續入住國貿大廈。

房間很好。帶了孩子住的套房，很大，兩張床。雖然酒店年份久了點，但是還是乾淨的。600塊帶早飯，價格比較優惠了，還可以。

到了橫店，先玩了景點，怕入住時間來不及，先聯繫了酒店，管家對接，讓我們放心玩，還發了遊玩攻略，後來到8點多才入住，事先管家微信聯繫，免費升級了頂樓總統套房，服務很好，走前還給小朋友送了小禮物，還有礦泉水
